Powers/Abilities: The Aquion are aquatic creatures;
they are presumably adapted to the dark, pressures, and cold of ocean depths.
They appear to have at least pectoral limbs...it is unclear whether they have
pelvic limbs, or a caudal/tailfin, or what. It is unrevealed whether they can survive for any length of
time out of their aquatic environment. It is also unrevealed whether their world
is covered by fresh water, salt water, or some other liquid different than
They may have possessed cloaking technology shielding them from Galactus' detection.
Traits: Next to nothing is known of the Aquion. The Aquion possess sufficient intelligence to communicate, perhaps telepathically, with the Galactus-powered Human Torch, confirming that they were no threat to a cosmic-powered being like Galactus.
Type: Bilaterally symmetric semi-icthtyoid
Eyes: Two (on head; solid purple color seen)
Fingers: Unrevealed, if any
Toes: Unrevealed, if any
Skin color: Unrevealed (they were only seen in shadow)
Average height: Approximately 2'? (they are not close enough to the Human Torch to clearly compare their sizes
History: Next to nothing is known of the Aquion.
(Fantastic Four I#521 (fb) - BTS) - The Aquion may have possessed cloaking technology shielding shielding their planet from Galactus' detection, possibly granted to them by Zius and the Survivors.
(Fantastic Four I#521) - Empowered as the herald of Galactus, the Human Torch (Johnny Storm) sought allies to help rebel against Galactus. He tried to recruit the Aquion, who made it clear they wouldn't be very useful by pointing out the simple fact, "We're fish." The Torch left them in peace.
