History:
(Civil War: Front Line#8/3) - Mike Williams, a reporter from the Post, attended a press conference hosted by representatives from the Super Heroes of Europe ("Belgian Brain", Red Dragon, and "White Cross") in order for Atlantean Ambassador Govan to respond to the recent slaying of a group of supposed Atlantean terrorists. They claimed that the Atlanteans were merely seeking peace before Norman Osborn shot Govan and was arrested.
