History:
(Avengers: Deathtrap - The Vault#1) - Guardsman Howard Samuels was mentally attacked by Mentallo during a mass breakout at the Vault. Overwhelmed with an image of monsters attacking him, Samuels collapsed, having to be saved by other Guardsmen, including Billy Fredricks. The breakout was soon quelled.
