History:
(Daredevil Annual II#1) - The assigned parole officer for recently released Black Tarantula (Carlos LaMuerto), Dwight Peterson unenthusiastically greeted LaMuerto at his office. He read through LaMuerto's crimes and treated him with scorn. Peterson told LaMuerto that he would be regularly tested to make sure his powers were gone, and that as long as LaMuerto was paying him off, he would look the other way. LaMuerto later turned incriminating evidence on Peterson over to Matt Murdock, the lawyer.
