History

(The Incredible Hulk Annual I#1) - He was the Oracle of the King of the Inhumans. On occasion, when the King had to communicate with his people, Oracle acted as an interpreter. He received Black Bolt's thoughts telepathically or read the signs of his hands and body, then translated his will to the assembly. He likewise did this when Black Bolt had to judge the fate of five betrayers: Aireo, Falcona, Leonus, Nebulo, Stallior and Timberius.

Only a few hours later, the Hulk appeared in the Great Refuge, destroying and fighting Inhuman guards. Gorgon asked Oracle to reveal the Hulk's location, but he refused, saying that he was the Oracle of the King only. However, when Maximus blackmailed the Refuge and threatened to use the forbidden substance devised by Romnar, Oracle suggested to Gorgon to distract Maximus while he tried to contact Black Bolt. His call arrived just in time. Black Bolt managed to grab the deadly gun from Maximus' hands, then Oracle attended to something he had never seen before when the Inhuman ruler fought his brother, the traitor.

Later, when the Hulk's fury had been unleashed against the Inhuman traitors and had also involved Black Bolt, Oracle offered peace to the Hulk, and the chance to live in the Great Refuge, as desired by Black Bolt. However, the Hulk refused.
