History:
(Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham#15/2 (fb) - BTS) - Kangaroo searched the centuries for a queen.

(Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham#15/2 (fb) - BTS) - Kangaroo enslaved the 30th century.

(Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham#15/2) - Seeking to improve their reputation by defeating a major criminal, the Scavengers traveled forward in time and confronted Kangaroo the Conqueror as he sat on his throne. Kangaroo was instantly smitten with the Scarlet Pooch and sought to make her his queen, and he dispatched his robot servant Ultrog to kill the other Scavengers. Ultrog instead punched out Kangaroo and took the Scarlet Pooch for himself. After the Scavengers destroyed Ultrog, the Scavengers tied Kangaroo to their time machine and brought him back to their present day and showed him off to the press. Despite their wishes, the Gossip Rag Quarterly noted only that Kangaroo had made a play for the Scarlet Pooch but that she had dumped him and done the town with a gorilla.

(Spider-Ham I#4 (fb) - BTS) - Kangaroo escaped and caused minor mayhem, such as adding chocolate to the milk river of New Yolk City, releasing Kangaballoons on Scavengers Parade Day, and reversing Larval Earth's magnetic field so that toilets flushed counterclockwise. Yet through all this Kang looked up to Spider-Ham, inspired by the little hero's boasts of interdimensional adventures with the Web Warriors.

(Spider-Ham I#4 (fb) - BTS) - The Kang Collective (Council of Cross-Time Kangs) cautiously opened membership to more unconventional life-forms (outside the "prime timeline"); this included Kangaroo.

(Spider-Ham I#4 (fb)) - With usual anthrotoon comedic gusto, Kangaroo entered the 89th Gathering of Kangs at the Transtemporal Hub-World of the Kang Collective, but comedically slipped on a banana peel. Angered at this, the conservative Kang-6309 ordered the Kang Tribunal be assembled and the Council were shocked at Kangaroo's joking nature (common to Earth-8311). Kangaroo was sentenced to exile and his world be destroyed with Kang-6309 volunteering to undertake it personally.

(Spider-Ham I#1) - Kang-6309 arrived on Earth-6309 and began devastating the world from a tower base.

(Spider-Ham I#3 (fb) - BTS) - Kangaroo knew the Earth-8311 heroes wouldn't accept their fate so he traveled to Earth-616's recent past to build a bomb that could destabilize Kang-6309's tower, yet also expected heroes to go after him.

(Spider-Ham I#5 (fb) - BTS) - Having observed Earth-8311 for years and with ideas to modernize it, manipulative media villain Mojo slowly corrupted Kang-6309 from within.

(Spider-Ham I#2) - On Earth-616 and with the aid of Mr. Fantastic's tracking device, Spider-Ham time-traveled to WWII Germany with the reluctant Spider-Man where they found the disguised Kangaroo rolling with Nazi soldiers.

(Spider-Ham I#3) - Spider-Ham and Spider-Man pursued the Nazi-disguised Kangaroo to his hideout and giant bomb, and confronted him, still not realizing who he was. Spider-Ham attacked and Kangaroo portalled away to another dimension. The Spider-duo found their foe in the gritty Earth-70237 before he jumped to Earth-77013, where Kangaroo lost them as the heroes fell through a hole in reality. The heroes escaped and jumped after Kangaroo to "the future" where they found him despondent on a ravaged Earth.

(Spider-Ham I#4) - Kangaroo explained to the heroes that this was the Earth devastated by Kang-6309, but blamed Spider-Ham's boasts of interdimensional adventures as the reason for him attending the Kang gathering. Spider-Ham motivated Kangaroo to take action against Kang-6309. They secretly grabbed lost Kang armor for Spider-Ham and Spider-Man, and the trio "Kang Club" arrived at the climactic end of the world battle, with only Kang-6309 and an exhausted Captain Americat left standing. The Kang Club knocked down Kang-6309, but then Mojo manifested himself as the true villain. Mojo took over and shunted all the heroes and villains into individual glass prisons in the Mojoverse to be recast into other animated roles.

(Spider-Ham I#5) - Spider-Ham duped Mojo into having Black Colt break the glass cells and the heroes piled on the villain. Spider-Ham encouraged Kangaroo to contact the Kang Collective, who arrived and charged him with corruption of a Kang, and took him away. For his assistance, the Council of Kangs welcomed Kangaroo back, but were still apprehensive given his less-serious nature. With that, the Kang Collective departed, promising never to menace Earth-8311 again. Kangaroo stayed behind.

Comments: Created by Mike Mellor.

Presumably the Scavengers have considerable past experience with Kangaroo.

Kangaroo could be part of the Council of Cross-Time Kangs, perhaps having usurped, discovered, or copied the technology of a divergent Kang. Or perhaps Kangaroo has a similar history as Kang, in some unspecified future (possibly that of Earth-8311).

It's also anyone's guess whether the 30th century reality that Kangaroo enslaved was Earth-8311 or another, similar reality.
Kangaroo lands in "the future" (unrevealed how far) on an Earth ravaged after Kang-6309's attack; was this a divergent Earth or did Mojo flick Kangaroo off course to distract him?--Grendel Prime

CLARIFICATIONS:
Kang was intended as a parody of

Kang Club

Kang Club was the short informal alliance between Kangaroo, Spider-Ham and Spider-Man (Peter Parker, Earth-616) to stop the devastating attack of Kang-6309 on Earth-8311. Kangaroo managed to procure lost Kang armor for Spider-Ham and Spider-Man to wear, and their combined attack made Kang-6309 fall. However, the true villainy of Mojo, who had secretly corrupted Kang-6309, was revealed and all was lost.

Ultrog

Ultrog the robot gorilla was super-strong and impervious to most forms of attack--not giant bombs, though.

From his 30th century base, Kangaroo was confronted by the time-traveling Scavengers. Kangaroo sought to make the Scarlet Pooch his queen, and he dispatched his servant Ultrog to kill the other Scavengers. Ultrog, unfazed by the Scavengers' attacks, instead punched out Kangaroo and took the Scarlet Pooch for himself. He carried her to the top of a skyscraper and tried to make kissy with her, but the Black Panda distracted Ultrog with a steel-plated banana. Ultrog snatched the 'nanner up and dropped the Pooch, but upon unpeeling it he found out that the banana was actually a bomb, which then blew up, destroying him.
