History:

(Maximum Security: Dangerous Planet#1 - BTS) - A special research institute in the Shi'ar Empire with the ability to view events across time and dimension, the Imperial Chronal Institute discovered that Kang the Conquerer had murdered the Time-Keepers at the end of time itself. They reported this to Avios, who passed the news on to Lilandra.

The Institute was never pictured. Obviously, details about what they do and what they are capable of remain unrevealed.
