Johnny Storm flies into a world of women

History:

(Marvel Adventures: Fantastic Four#25 (fb)) - The mission into space by Reed Richards, Susan Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm did not have sufficient shielding to counter the cosmic rays. This mutated their bodies, with Susan Storm turning into a hulking rock-like thing. It also transformed the microscopic germs inside their bodies. The day of the spaceship's crash was the last time she saw her brother.

(Marvel Adventures: Fantastic Four#25 (fb) - BTS) - The cosmic ray-irradiated germs became lethal bacteria, developing into an incurable disease that killed every male human on the planet. Within a year, all men were extinct despite Sue Storm's efforts to find a cure.

(Marvel Adventures: Fantastic Four#25) - In his accidental jaunt across various alternate Earths, Johnny Storm of Earth-20051 landed on Earth-200782 in Ms. Fantastic's lab. Alarms sounded and Medusa, Nova and She-Hulk ran to confront the intruder. Disbelieving who he said he was, Medusa checked his DNA and confirmed the match. The three then took Johnny Storm in the "Femmetastic-Car" to Ms. Fantastic, who was lecturing at Empire State University. At this point, Johnny Storm was quite pleased to be on an all-female world with "three bodacious babes" as teammates. A crowd of women gathered in wonderment upon seeing a new man but were held back by Nova's protective flame. Johnny Storm was then escorted to meet this reality's Sue Storm and she told him of what had happened.

Being years after the germs killed all men, Sue Storm was eager to begin tests on Johnny Storm, having no qualms about experimenting on the foreign Johnny Storm as he was not exactly her brother. Johnny struggled as he was held back by She-Hulk and Medusa, with Sue Storm about stick him with a needle, when he flamed on, surprising the others with his powers. Johnny Storm rocketed back to the Baxter Building and blasted the Probability Engine, allowing him escape to escape to another alternate reality - Earth-200783.

This alternate Earth diverged when the bacteria living inside the bodies of the Richards/Storm/Grimm space mission became cosmically irradiated.

It would seem that only male humans and directly related species (e.g., Inhumans) were wiped out. The disease must clearly have been extremely potent to wipe out all men with powerful healing factors, such as the Hulk and Wolverine. Were the gods similarly affected or did they quarantine Earth?

Frankie Raye (pre-Nova), She-Hulk and Medusa have all been past members of the Fantastic Four in the core Earth-616 reality.

This dimension's concept is simple enough, but is more complex to explain. Trying to keep a possible explanation close to the "mainstream" reality, here goes: Frankie Raye was still transformed by Galactus to be his herald, sacrificing herself to save her native planet, but later rebelled and returned to Earth. She-Hulk still became gamma-irradiated - various explanations can be made here - while "She" being part of her codename indicates that there was the original male Hulk first.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Earth-200782 has no known connections to:

Ms. Fantastic

Ms. Fantastic

Prof. Susan Storm was the only surviving member of the initial mission into space and had transformed into a rocky form while the mutated bacterial plague that killed men started taking hold. Taking the moniker of Ms. Fantastic, she led the scientific search for a cure and also led the Femmetastic Four. She was at Empire State University when the foreign Johnny Storm arrived and met him in her lab when her teammates brought him over from the Baxter Building. Having lost live males to experiment on years before, she was keen to experiment on him to find a cure, not recognizing the foreign Johnny Storm as a her brother because he was a from another reality. When he broke free to escape, Ms. Fantastic was astonished to see his fire powers and told Nova to pursue him.

Medusa

Medusa

Medusa was an Inhuman and a team-member of the Femmetastic Four. Her living hair powers reflected those of her Earth-616 and 20051 counterparts. Johnny was attracted to her first and she analyzed Johnny's DNA to confirm the match with her dimension's Johnny Storm's last recorded DNA. She escorted Johnny Storm to meet Ms. Fantastic, and was the pilot of the "Femmetastic-Car". Medusa restrained him when Susan Storm tried to stick a syringe needle into his arm.

Nova

Nova

Nova had flame powers that were like those of her post-Galactus-transformed Earth-616 counterpart. She was rapt to see Johnny Storm and helped take him to see Ms. Fantastic. Nova used her flame to keep the eager onlookers back so that the foreign Johnny Storm could meet Susan Storm. She readied the medical tools in the lab when Ms. Fantastic sought to experiment on Johnny Storm. When he flamed away, Ms. Fantastic ordered Nova to give chase but she was unable to catch before he escaped.

She-Hulk

She-Hulk

She-Hulk provided the muscle of the Femmetastic Four, literally picking up Johnny Storm to take him to see Ms. Fantastic. She helped Medusa restrain Johnny Storm when he struggled to escape Susan Storm's injection.
