Doc Virtual could use this energy to not only alter a person's perceptions, but also re-craft reality itself to suit his needs. He could also somehow enter people's minds and learn much about the person.

History:

(Wrath#7 (fb) - BTS) - Doc Virtual discovered the covert agency Aladdin during one of his trips into cyberspace, and found out information about Wrath's ability to absorb energy. Doc Virtual formulated a plan to use Wrath as a living battery so that he could use his own powers to manipulate that energy to alter reality. Doc Virtual then hired three mercenaries, Ogre, Pierce and Discus, to attack the Aladdin agent with their energy blasts when Wrath had left the safety of the Aladdin compound.

(Wrath#7) - As each mercenary in turn fired their energy bolts at Wrath, Doc Virtual used the energy absorbed by the Aladdin agent to alter his perception, thereby disorienting and weakening the hero. Each mercenary was aware of Doc Virtual's mentally intrusive abilities. One last energy blast from Discus very briefly pushed Wrath into a small different reality, a tunnel of rock and fire with dangerous stalactites and stalagmites. Bruised and bleeding, Wrath released all his stored energy, completely exhausting his supplies. However, the energy began to take form until it manifested as Doc Virtual and he noted that Wrath's stored energy could be completely depleted. Wrath then charged at Doc Virtual but hit a wall generated by his foe. Doc Virtual then strolled away around street corners as Wrath struggled to keep up, despite running after him. Both were suddenly transported to Doc Virtual's hellish domain. Doc Virtual taunted the Aladdin agent, shooting fiery blasts at him and releasing knife blades from the walls. Despite Wrath's best efforts, Doc Virtual managed to evade him until Wrath used his own mind to slightly alter reality so that he could catch his foe, slamming him into the tunnel wall and landing on top of him. Wrath was about to punch Doc Virtual but reality shifted and Wrath found himself alone. Finally free of Doc Virtual's control, Wrath still questioned the nature of the reality around him. Elsewhere, Doc Virtual swore he would have revenge on Wrath some day.

(Wrath#7 (fb) - BTS) - Wrath reported his encounter with Doc Virtual to Aladdin.

(Warstrike#5) - In his efforts to marshal superbeings, Doc Virtual uncovered Aeon's tomb in Central America, located beneath the terrain of the ancient Mayan city, Chichen Itza. Doc Virtual claimed that he had seen the tomb's chamber in his dreams, and secretly coveted the inhabitant's power. After opening the sarcophagus' lid, Aeon re-energized himself by consuming the lifeforce of one of the expedition crew. Doc Virtual's men ran away in fear, while Doc Virtual remained behind.
