History:
(Black Goliath#2 (fb) - BTS) - Dale West was friend of Bill Foster. West was a genius in Theoretical Mathematic and found different jobs but was always dismissed.

(Black Goliath#1 (fb) - BTS) - Herbert Bell, Talia Kruma and Dale West were employed by Bill Foster to work for Stark International West .
One of the projects built was a personal force-field which had been to be worn by the Police Forces.
The three scientists worked hard on the project. During the tests, West caused some little accidents, getting on Talia Kruma's nerves, but West liked Talia.

(Black Goliath#1) - Bill Foster attended to a demonstration performed by West about the first prototype of force-field jacket. Bell and Kruma demonstrated that the force-field was still unstable.

(Black Goliath#2) - Bill Foster asked his three assistants to create a sensor to track the radiations emitted by Atom Smasher (Ronald English). Talia was distracted, still thinking about her ex-lover. Foster? urged on Kruma, and the three scientists succeeded in building the device for Foster.

(Black Goliath#3) - Playing, Dale West kissed Talia but she slapped him and went away. Some moments later the Resarch Centre was attacked by Vulcan and his henchmen.  West wore the force-field and tried to distract the masked robbers, while Bell managed to call the Police. West stopped the criminals but an energy blast by Vulcan overloaded the force-field device. It started to crush West but Bill Foster managed to save the scientist. The criminals stole the box containing the Null-Life Bomb from the Laboratory but Black Goliath stopped them.

(Black Goliath#4 (fb)) - The three scientists were surprised to hear Foster's plan of abandoning the Centre after a squabble with Tony Stark about the box stealing.

(Marvel Two-in-One#24) - Foster and his assistants created a space suit for the exploration of the surface of Venus. During the test, Hijacker attacked the Centre to steal Stark's prototypes and projects. The criminal gassed the scientists, but was stopped and captured by Thing and Black Goliath.

(Marvel Two-in-One#85) - At Stark West, the Whiz Kids received the visit of Bill Foster and Ben Grimm.
Shortly later the Atom Smasher (Michael English) and his men looted the Stark West warehouse, Ben Grimm tried to stop them but the criminal stunned him. The scientists helped Grimm. After examining the list of the stolen components, the Whiz Kids guessed that Atom Smasher wanted to build a bomb.
Spider Woman later donated her blood to cure Bill Foster from his radiation poisoning. The Whiz Kids visited Foster to the hospital, hoping that the scientist would come back to Stark-West.

(Marvel Super-Heroes III#11/2) - Dale heard on the radio about a gold thief walking on air and immediately informed Bill Foster about it. Foster knew who it was and left to stop Arlo Samuelson) as Goliath.

Thanks to Jeremy Johnston for pointing out the missed appearence in Marvel Super-Heroes. BTW everyone at the Appendix was pretty sure it has been in the profile before, but a gnome seemed to have deleted it.
