Powers/Abilities: C'efn was a trained Shi'ar military commander, and possessed the standard abilities of the Shi'ar race.
History: (Excalibur I#69 (fb)) - C'efn led a Shi'ar ship
on a mission to recruit other planets to the Shi'ar way. When the Knsashii
refused to concede, C'efn ordered his soldiers to wipe out all those below. When
he saw Cerise mourning over a fallen child, he scolded her, stating that she
would have to learn to accept the ways of the Grand Jhar, despite the fact that
it was her first mission with them. He blasted the child, startling her, then
ordered her back to the ship.
(Excalibur I#70 (fb)) - Cerise, realizing that C'efn was breaking Shi'ar law, sabotaged the ship. After broadcasting an explanation to Lilandra, she teleported away and let the ship crash into the heart of a sun, killing all aboard, including C'efn.
