Powers/Abilities: Pecunius has extremely large ears, which grants him exceptional hearing, allowing him to detect whispered voices from nearby rooms.

His race or line apparently reproduced asexually, and he was hatched from an egg.

(Silverhawks#4 (fb) - BTS) - Apparently 62^nd in a line of Pecunius Wadsworth Wellingtons, he was hatched from an egg apparently without having a mother.

(Silverhawks#4 (fb) - BTS) <A century before the main story> - Commander Stargazer busted Pecunius for gambling without a permit.

(Silverhawks#4 (fb)) - After traveling to the planet Dolare and withdrawing his life-savings, Pecunius traveled to the Starship Casino, intending to increase his money. There Poker-Face led him to play a new game, guessing a shape that would be selected by a machine. Although Pecunius heard when Poker-Face spoke with his technician, Hardware, about using an inducer-circuit to force Pecunius to bet all of his money and then have the game provide a different shape than Pecunius had chosen, Pecunius figured he could beat the system anyway. After Pecunius had consistently won, he prepared to depart with him winnings; however, Poker-Face's minotaur-like strongman forced him to play one more game.

(Silverhawks#4 (fb) - BTS) - Poker-Face had Hardware activate the inducer, and Pecunius was forced to bet all of his money while the machine changed the shape from what he picked, and the casino took all of his money. Pecunius resolved to see the Silverhawks to help him recover his money.

(Silverhawks#4 (fb) - BTS) - Arriving in Hawkhaven, Pecunius lacked the funds to pay his cab driver, who was irate.

(Silverhawks#4) - When the Silverhawk the Copper Kidd passed by, Pecunius called out to him, correctly identifying him as being a Silverhawk and hailing from the Planet of Mimes before begging his assistance. As the cab driver continued to demand his fair, Pecunius pretended that he was hard of hearing and asked the Copper Kid to help him out as he was financially indisposed at the moment. After the Copper Kidd paid the fare, Pecunius thanked him but then considered that he was a sucker.

After accompanying the Kidd to meet with Stargazer and the rest of the Silverhawks, Pecunius assured Stargazer that his previous arrest had been a simple paperwork oversight on Bedlama and that he had been completely legal for 90 years. He further shared how he had been cheated out of his money by Poker-Face on the Starship Casino, claiming that he had been trying to win enough money to pay for a surgery for his elderly mother. While the other Silverhawks were sympathetic, Stargazer announced that the Starship Casino was parked just outside of their jurisdiction, and that if they raided the place, they would all end up on the penal planet.

Stating that the law was wrong if it allowed Poker-Face to get away with stealing his money, Pecunius told the Silverhawks that he was very disappointed with them. Stargazer permitted the Copper Kidd to give Pecunius a ride home on his space-racer, during which time, Pecunius told him that he had nothing to live for as he had no money and no friends, and he threatened to leap out into space to end his life. The Kidd assured Pecunius that he was his friend, and he agreed to help him, using his talents with numbers to beat the system despite his orders to the contrary.

When the Copper Kidd's space-racer changed course, Steelwill detected this and announced it to Stargazer that he was heading for Starship Casino. When Stargazer ordered the Kidd to turn around, Pecunius turned off the communicator, leading Stargazer to send Bluegrass, Quicksilver, Steelheart and Steelwill to bring him in. Via the Maraj ship, the other Stargazers quickly caught up to the Copper Kidd's space-racer, but the Kidd took off as the others approached in their space-suits, getting across the line of Silverhawks' jurisdiction and reaching the Starship Casino.

There there Poker-Face demanded that if the house won, the Copper Kidd would have to come work for him. Kidd challenged the machine, and the Kidd apparently neutralized the inducer, overloaded the machine and won back Pecunius' money. Poker-Face had his enforcer smash the kid unconscious but allowed Pecunius to take his money and depart. However, appreciating that the Copper Kidd had been a true friend to him, Pecunius was unwilling to leave him in such a state.

(Silverhawks#4 - BTS) - Pecunius then fired up the Starship Casino's engines.. With the minotaur-enforcer knocked off balance as the ship lurched forward, the Copper Kidd blasted him and defeated Poker-Face and the rest of his men. Meanwhile, Pecunius flew the Starship Casino across the line and into Silverhawk jurisdiction. The rest of the Silverhawks then entered the Casino and arrested Poker-Face and his men.

(Silverhawks#4) - Pecunius revealed his involvement, noting that he had never known how good it felt to help someone no matter the cost.

Silverhawks is set in the 29^th Century, in the fictional Limbo Galaxy. A bionic space enforcer called Commander Stargazer recruited the SilverHawks, heroes who are "partly metal, partly real", to fight the evil Mon*Star, an escaped alien crime boss who transforms into an enormous armor-plated creature with the help of Limbo's Moonstar. Joining Mon*Star in his villainy is an intergalactic mob consisting of Yes-Man, Buzz-Saw, Mumbo-Jumbo, Windhammer, Mo-Lec-U-Lar, Poker-Face, Hardware, and "the musical madness of" Melodia.

Quicksilver (formerly Jonathan Quick) leads the SilverHawks, with his metal bird companion Tally-Hawk at his side. Twins Emily and Will Hart became Steelheart and Steelwill, the SilverHawks's technician and strongman respectively. Country-singing Bluegrass piloted the team's ship, the Maraj. Rounding out the group is a youngster "from the planet of the mimes", named "The Copper Kidd" and usually called "Kidd" for short, a mathematical genius who speaks in whistles and computerized tones. The SilverHawks' bionic bodies are covered by a full-body close-fitting metal armor that only exposes the face and an arm, the armor is equipped with a retractile protective mask, retractable under-arm wings (except Bluegrass), thrusters on their heels, and laser-weapons in their shoulders.

There's debate online as to whether Silverhawks is the same reality as Thundercats, and thus Reality-85324. Same studio making them, and there was a cameo of the main Silverhawks villain in the 2011 iteration of Thundercats. Most recently Dynamite has been publishing crossover comics, which would seem to lay the debate to rest. Of course the thing is that every iteration of Thundercats cartoons is a new reality, and I have no idea what cartoon continuity the Dynamite series bases itself on, so just because the 2011 series and Dynamite series are tied to Silverhawks doesn't mean the Marvel versions are.

Sticking to the original cartoons and the Marvel comics based on those: As mentioned in Professor Growlinski's profile, there is strong evidence that the Thundercats' Third Earth is just Earth of the future, given that Merlin, King Arthur and Excalibur are all native to Third Earth in the past. Meanwhile in Silverhawks, Earth is still very much the home of humanity, as seen in the first episode/first comic. So the only way they could be the same reality is if somehow Earth got duplicated (hey, Marvel has Counter-Earth) or if they are set centuries apart. I think under the circumstances we can rule the Marvel versions of both shows different realities, even if that's not the case for other iterations.
