Powers/Abilities: Each member of the Surgery could fly or at least levitate.

Doctor Headless has the body and uniform of a movie parody of the sexy nurse, with a low-cut top showing off her cleavage and a pair of stockings presumably attached to garters under her mini-skirt...and then she wears a bucket with a Red Cross symbol over where her head would be, if she has a head, given her name...

Doctor Injectable is some sort of small, long-tailed monkey, wearing an OR mask, an old-style mirror reflector head band, and supporting either a armored arm covering or a bionic arm with syringes and needles on each finger. Despite being a monkey, he can speak.

Doctor Meatball has beast-like coverings over his arms, with large, clawed hands (possibly each with only three fingers and an opposing thumb), as well as some sort of odd bulgy-eyed mask. Some sort of bone-cutting forceps is his operating weapon of choice.

Doctor Nosexy has a somewhat androgynous form and outfit. His(?) operating weapon of choice is some sort of dental pick with a periosteal elevator on its opposite side.

Abilities beyond that are unrevealed.

History:

surgery-beyond-nw10-grabmon surgery-beyond-nw10-brainout (Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.#9 (fb) - BTS / Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z hardcover#8) - Nextwave's interference drew the attention of SILENT's core cell, Number None, Mr. Sssh, Pope Omertà and General Quiet.

(Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.#9 (fb) - BTS) - SILENT's allegedly legitimate aspect's Beyond Corporation's Chief Executive Officer, Number None, purchased a number of teams to oppose the rebellious Nextwave Squad.

(Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.#9 (fb) - BTS) - Number None purchased the Surgery: Doctor Injectable, Doctor Nosexy, Doctor Meatball, Doctor Headless.

(Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.#9 (fb) - BTS) - SILENT's core cell led the Nextwave Squad to a fake city.

(Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.#9) - Number None challenged the Nextwave Squad with Beyond's superteams, including the Surgery.

	(Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.#10) - As Monica flew to confront the Beyond Corporation/SILENT leaders in their floating castle, she was intercepted by the Surgery. Doctor Meatball grabbed her by the head while Doctor Nosexy grabbed her by the ankle, after which Meatball noted that her brain was still alive; Nosexy commented "very bad," presumably meaning either that her brain was very bad or that it was just very bad that she still had a brain; Doctor Injectable stated that they must remove it, and Doctor Headless noted that this was extremely surgical.
	The Captain then flew by, grabbed Nosexy, smashed him against the leaders' castle, decapitating Nosexy, after which he squeezed Nosexy, causing blood and gore to spray the Beyond/Silent leaders. Deeply insulted, Number None summoned Forbush-Man, after which the Captain threw Nosexy's body at Forbush-Man, offering it as a new hat. (Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.#10 (fb) - BTS) - Meanwhile, Monica +/- other members of the Nextwave Squad, apparently defeated the rest of the Surgery...or they fled...they weren't around as Forbush-Man psychically assaulted the Nextwave Squad, or as Tabitha defeated Forbush-Man, or as the Beyond/Silent leaders fled...
