Powers/Abilities: The Profile could read people by just looking at them and see all the personal and intimate information in front of him like a book filled with notes. He did it by watching their interactions with objects, unconscious modesties and their hardwired behaviors created from experiences throughout their lives. This enabled him to perfectly predict how people would react to a given situation and what they would do next due to his knowledge of their past and current actions.
He had a hard time reading people connected to supernatural beings because there was no way to tell what those beings were after. As long as Moon Knight wore his vestments even looking at him was hard for Profile and it caused him to become nauseous.
He was an obnoxiously arrogant know-it-all, who obviously felt superior to most people because he saw their weakness and insecurities. He became pretty insecure himself around people he couldn't read.
The source of Profile's abilities is completely unknown. (see comments)

History:
(Moon Knight V#2) - Donnie entered Profile's office to tell him that the
Committee, the sons of the original Committee,
wanted him to look into their main asset (Moon Knight) because he was on
the move. Profile listened to Donnie and profiled him at the same.
(Moon Knight V#3) - Donnie gave a presentation about Marc Spector's life to the Committee until he was interrupted because they didn't believe his pre-Moon Knight life was relevant. Profile took over after mocking Donnie and went quickly to the association and mission that led to Spector's first death and his resurrection as Moon Knight through the Egyptian deity Khonshu. This supernatural connection made Spector's future actions difficult to predict. Profile suspected that his resurrections also led to his Dissociative Identity Disorder, which led to the previous Committee misjudging him. According to Profile the years had not been kind to Spector and Khonshu's influence had decreased, which made him easier to read. Profile suggested that to get Spector to work for them they needed to give him a new reason to live. Profile's strategy was to first get him to isolate himself from his friends after a debilitating injury at the hands of a nemesis, which the Committee got done by Bushman. Leave him alone for about two years and then provide a catalyst for him to return by going after one of the people closest to him. The Committee wanted to know when they could start with the last step and Donnie revealed that he had already executed it and had Jean-Paul DuChamp nearly beaten to death, which annoyed Profile because it was too early. He knew Donnie only did it because he hoped to be rewarded and it would make Profile look bad, but in the end it would just remind Spector to be the killer again and not fall under the Committee's influence. The Committee ordered to send Taskmaster after Spector because he could no longer be clearly profiled, but Profile wasn't sure that was a good idea either. Taskmaster killed Donnie and Profile's concerns were ignored.
(Moon Knight V#4) - Profile spent the night with one of his female co-workers and she wanted to know what Moon Knight's problem was and why people were so interested in him. He got her something to drink and let him choose because he was right about everything else up until now. He explained how easy it was for him to read people and that Moon Knight wasn't that unusual because like many other people he was haunted by his past. According to Profile nobody besides their employers was really interested in him and their employers were only interested to recruit him as their assassin because their fathers had failed to do it and got killed. According to Profile he had a hard time profiling Moon Knight's actions due to the supernatural aspect in his life. Profile believed Moon Knight became a person that hurts people and follows an Egyptian god because his father resented him and he was looking for love. The woman was getting dressed and on her way out when she told Profile that she felt bad that Donnie screwed everything up and that Moon Knight was going to get killed because he was a hero, but to Profile Moon Knight was just a borderline sadist who liked to inflict pain and misery on others.
(Moon Knight V#5 - BTS) - Taskmaster returned to the Committee after he barely escaped Moon Knight and told them that Moon Knight was working again with his friends. The Committee couldn't believe that Profile was wrong about Moon Knight being isolated from his friends, but moments later they died when Moon Knight crashed his Mooncopter through the window.
(Moon Knight V#6) - Profile arrived in a taxi at the Committee's offices and watched Moon Knight jump out their window. He looked at him, attempting to read him, but threw up immediately.
Moon Knight found out where Profile lived and paid him a visit by jumping through his window. He told Profile to look at him and it was too much for Profile to handle.
(Moon Knight V#10) - Profile belittled a drunk, lonely woman whose face had been cut at Paul's Bar to get with her. The bartender reminded him that smoking at the bar was against the law, but he stopped bothering Profile when he threatened to tell everyone that the bartender was wearing women's underwear. Profile also knew that the bartender was a wife beater. He continued belittling the woman and bought her another drink before going to the toilet where he was attacked by Marc Spector, who wanted information from Profile on his former sidekick Midnight. While Marc beat up Profile the woman from the bar came to his aid, which Profile knew she would because she equated emotional abuse with affection. Marc felt bad about the attack and gave Profile the file on Midnight to learn where he was. Profile was leaving with the woman and told Marc to meet him at the bar the next day, but Marc wanted to meet Profile somewhere else. Before Profile finally left he revealed to Marc that the bartender was beating his wife on a nightly basis, which gave Marc a target to beat up.
(Moon Knight V#11 (fb)) - Marc went to Profile to learn what he had find out about Midnight (Jeffrey Wilde)'s whereabouts. Marc threatened to beat up Profile, but he knew that Marc wouldn't do it because he had too many questions to ask him. Profile offered Marc a pill and then took it himself when Marc didn't take it. Marc had enough and beat him up until Profile told him that he was sure that Midnight was in his father's old hideout in the sewers. Marc allowed Profile to leave, but Profile revealed that he knew that Marc would just track him down again, beat him up and ask him question he already knew the answers to without ever asking him what he really wanted to know. Profile knew what Marc actually wanted to know and told him that Marlene didn't love him anymore after everything he did recently, but could love him again if he just told her how he felt.
(Moon Knight V#12 (fb)) - Profile told Marc that he knew that he was just comfortable with who he was and suggested to him a good therapist. Marc finally noticed that Profile was looking at him, which Profile couldn't do before. Profile revealed that he could look at him as long as Marc was not wearing his Moon Knight costume. To Profile it actually felt like Marc was a different person while wearing the costume. Marc, who at that point was questioning if Khonshu was even real, was told by Profile that he couldn't confirm or deny it. He knew Marc was insane, but he wasn't sure if Khonshu was merely the result of his insanity though he was sure that whatever it was made Moon Knight so different that it was impossible for Profile to even look at him without throwing up. Marc decided to have a talk with Marlene after his meeting with Profile.
(Moon Knight V#13) - Sitting in a car Profile and Marc watched Dr. Depford arrive at the building where superhuman had to register as part of the Superhuman Registration Act. Profile watched Depford through binoculars to learn about his past and all his dark little secrets. He learned about his lonely childhood, how his mother caught him pleasuring himself and how he began killing animals at some point and began to pleasure himself in front of them. During his psyche review Marc posed as Khonshu for a bit and used the information he received from Profile to scare Depford into obedience and gain the registration card he would've otherwise never received because Depford knew how crazy Marc Spector actually was. Profile waited in the car during the interview and upon Marc's return was told to leave because Marc had other stuff to deal with. Profile assured Marc that Depford would not hurt anyone after the interview because it left him completely impotent for life.
(Moon Knight V#14 (fb) - BTS) - Profile used his abilities to get information on potential targets for Moon Knight. The potential targets included Mannie Williams, a man that ran a nonprofit home for the elderly, who killed them after they signed away their life savings, Jack Foley, a man that liked exposing himself to little girls, Lester Wilks that beat his pregnant wife so badly that she lost the child and hearing in her left ear and Simon Maddicks, aka. Killer Shrike, the man that crippled Marc's friend Jean-Paul DuChamp and sought revenge against him.
(Moon Knight V#14) - Profile had a meeting with Marc at Marc's place and Marc passed on all potential targets except for Killer Shrike.
(Moon Knight V#17) - Profile spent the night with a big chested blonde, who kept calling him daddy, which made him feel uncomfortable because she actually thought about her father while calling him daddy. She was sure they would meet again and she was kind of right because Profile actually enjoyed their time together. He received a call from Marc Spector, but ignored it.
(Moon Knight V#19) - Profile witnessed Moon Knight push Black Spectre off a roof to his death during a ceremony held by Tony Stark. Profile smugly walked away from the scene while having a smoke because he knew Moon Knight was done after killing a man in front of such a large crowd.
(Moon Knight V#21) - Profile visited Michael O'Brien in prison and offered to get him out of prison within a week to continue his violent lifestyle and lure out Moon Knight. Profile knew that Michael had a price on his head and would not survive for long as soon as he got moved to gen-pop. Michael accepted Profile's offer.
(Moon Knight V#25) - With a saddle on his back and while getting whipped by his dominatrix, Profile watched Tony Stark's press conference on TV on the presumed death of Moon Knight. He used the safe-word to not get whipped anymore because he couldn't take the nonsense on TV anymore.
(Vengeance of the Moon Knight I#2) - Norman Osborn wanted the Hood to find Moon Knight because he was quickly becoming a problem. The Hood brought in the Profile to help them.
From down the street Profile saw Moon Knight on a roof after an attack on the criminal Slug (Ulysses X. Lugman). He tried to read him, but still couldn't handle it. He was sure that even though this Moon Knight seemed different he was still part of Marc Spector. He met Osborn with the Hood to inform him about his findings that it was the same Moon Knight, but he was holding back the Marc Spector identity at the moment. Osborn believed Profile was only pretending to not be able to read Moon Knight, but Profile offered to continue working this job for free because Moon Knight had piqued his professional interest. The Hood wanted to know how a man with multiple personalities like Moon Knight could be profiled, but Osborn only wanted to know how to force him out into the open. Profile had an idea and led the Hood to the grave of Raoul Bushman.
(Vengeance of the Moon Knight I#3) - Profile asked the Hood to resurrect Bushman because he was the man that haunted Moon Knight's dreams. Profile knew that the Hood could do it and the Hood did his thing to resurrect Bushman, who asked for his face, which Profile gave to him because it was buried with him. The Hood told Bushman that they brought him back to destroy Moon Knight and Bushman told them he needed an army. The Hood took Bushman and Profile to meet Scarecrow (Ebenezer Laughton), but when Profile saw how crazy he was he decided to part ways.
(Vengeance of the Moon Knight I#6) - Profile traveled to Egypt and visited a shrine in honor of Khonshu. He knelt before two Khonshu statues and with his eyes closed finally saw what he was looking for.
(Shadowland: Moon Knight#1 (fb)) - Profile saw the glowing crescent of Khonshu's staff and the god's glowing eyes.
(Shadowland: Moon Knight#1 (fb) - BTS) - Profile finally realized that Moon Knight was driven by Khonshu's whispers and the thought that he was special as Khonshu's sole avatar.
(Shadowland: Moon Knight#1) - Profile was called to Shadowland and made his way through the ranks of Hand ninjas. He was sure the Hand's current leader Daredevil was going to hire him. Daredevil immediately told Profile that he wanted Moon Knight, that he would pay Profile's full price and that he knew Profile had a special interest in Moon Knight. Profile just wanted to know what Daredevil wanted from Moon Knight.
Profile found Randall Spector in a rundown apartment and stopped him from shooting himself in the head. He knew what Randall had gone through and how he had lost his family after his time with the military. Profile claimed to be an acolyte of Khonshu, but he neither had the skills nor temperament to serve Khonshu properly. Profile claimed that Khonshu believed Randall could serve him as his sole avatar on Earth and that he wanted Randall to embrace the darkness, feed Khonshu with blood and draw out Khonshu's unfaithful servant Moon Knight (Randall's brother Marc Spector).
(Shadowland: Moon Knight#3 - BTS) - In New Orleans during Mardi Gras Shadow Knight (Randall Spector) attacked Marc Spector and revealed that Khonshu's acolyte Profile had sent him on a mission to retrieve the Sapphire Crescent. Marc had to tell Randall that he had been duped and that Profile was actually working for Daredevil (Murdock controlled by the Beast). The confrontation didn't end well for Randall Spector.

If he had been created during the 90s he would've just been called a mutant immediately, but Profile was created during an era when there were "No More Mutants" and that means that we are left without an easy explanation. Maybe he got bitten by a radioactive body language expert or ate cornflakes cursed with hindsight or it is just that special kind of brand he smokes and it gave him his powers instead of cancer.
And I agree that it absolutely looked like he had no eyes at the end of Vengeance of the Moon Knight I#6, but at that point we had seen his eyes so many times before that it would make no sense to suddenly claim that he was eyeless.
This profile was completed 01/24/2025, but its publication was delayed as it was intended for the Appendix 25th anniversary's celebratory event.
