History:

(Spider-Boy II#3 (fb) - BTS) - The ten-year-old influencer and media entrepreneur calling himself Killionaire became a social media sensation thanks to his popular but often dangerously lethal online antics. These gained him a big following, which allowed him to found his profitable company Empire Unlimited, which provides custom-built, cutting-edge technology to the world's wealthiest clientele.

(Spider-Man IV#11 (fb) - BTS) - Killionaire and his two bodyguards Boyd and Floyd ran afoul of the new, young superhero Spider-Boy, who managed to defeat them.

(Spider-Man IV#11 - BTS) - Killionaire hired the mercenary Arcade to abduct Spider-Boy to Murderworld. Spider-Boy was rescued by Spider-Man who had learned of Killionaire's plans, but instead of being scared, Bailey Briggs was mostly excited he now had a nemesis of his own.

(Spider-Boy II#1 (fb) - BTS) - In the three years that Bailey Briggs served as Spider-Man's sidekick, he fought Killionaire and his henchmen on several occasions.

(Spider-Boy II#1 (fb) - BTS) - As a result of being cut and erased from the web of destiny and life, Killionaire, along with everyone else in existence, forgot about Spider-Boy.

(Spider-Boy II#2 (fb) - BTS) - Killionaire hired the Taskmaster to steal the inert Super-Adaptoid from the SHIELD Helicarrier. He planned to use it as a template for a personalized suit of armor with all the powers of the Avengers.

(Spider-Boy II#2 - BTS) - Taskmaster was opposed by Captain America and Spider-Boy and only managed to escape with the Super-Adaptoid's left hand.

(Spider-Boy II#3 (fb) - BTS) - Doctor Shannon Stillwell was contracted by Killionaire to create the Adaptoid armor, but with only a little bit of the robot to work with she decided to get creative. Instead of a suit of armor, she constructed Toy Soldier, a limited-edition, voice-controlled action figure with all the powers of the Avengers.

(Spider-Boy II#3) - Stillwell revealed Toy Soldier to Taskmaster and Killionaire. The mercenary was less than impressed; part of his payment was getting a suit of armor as well. But Killionaire was delighted by the idea of getting an exclusive action figure. Eager to test his new toy, Killionaire ordered the tiny robot to destroy Taskmaster. Shifting to a facsimile of Iron Man's armor, the artificial lifeform chased Taskmaster away with a barrage of repulsor blasts.

(Spider-Boy II#3 - BTS) - Killionaire dreamed up a scheme to introduce Toy Soldier to his followers in a way that would generate the most likes.

(Spider-Boy II#3) - Flanked by his bodyguards Boyd and Floyd, Killionaire went to Midtown Manhattan for a livestream where he showed off Toy Soldier's destructive capabilities. His followers got to vote on what he would destroy and which form he should use. Toy Soldier dutifully obeyed orders: shattering a video wall as Captain Marvel, destroying a red sports car as the Hulk and tossing a nearby dog in the air as Vision. The pet was rescued by Spider-Boy, who happened to be nearby. The young hero taunted Killionaire, who was still livestreaming events and gleefully sent Toy Soldier against his opponent.

(Spider-Boy II#3 - BTS) - Spider-Boy was no match for the one-man Avenger army's diverse attacks. The robot shifted into She-Hulk, Silver Surfer, Tigra and Thor, flooring Spider-Boy with a blow from its tiny hammer.

(Spider-Boy II#3) - Killionaire reveled in his enemy's humiliation and ordered Toy Soldier to bring him Spider-Boy's sneakers because he found them interesting. Toy Soldier obeyed, until Spider-Boy convinced his foe that having the power of the Avengers meant he also had their innate nobility and goodness. Instantly becoming heroic, Toy Soldier announced himself a free agent and turned against Killionaire, who impotently watched him fly off. Spider-Boy informed Killionaire, Boyd and Floyd that they would soon be in jail for having livestreamed all of their crimes. Killionaire wasn't worried; he assured the hero that his high-priced lawyers could get him out of anything.

(Spider-Boy II#17 (fb) - BTS) - Killionaire and his henchmen were ultimately set free. The ultra-rich influencer unveiled plans to build his so-called Killzone in the East Village. He even put up signs announcing the facility, but he didn't have control of the location yet: F.E.A.S.T. was still operating out of one of the buildings he wanted to acquire. Killionaire hired the Bada-Bros to destroy the shelter.

(Spider-Boy II#17) - The Bada-Bros surveyed the F.E.A.S.T. location for a while. When they spotted Spider-Boy in the neighborhood, they called Killionaire to tell him they were raising their price. Killionaire refused; he wasn't going to pay them a bitcoin more for that nobody.

(Spider-Boy II#17 - BTS) - Acting on orders from Killionaire, the Bada-Bros attacked F.E.A.S.T. in an attempt to use their explosive powers to wreck the homeless shelter so that Killionaire could buy the place up. The two mercenaries were stopped by Spider-Boy and Boy-Spider.

Cool name, annoying character... Which fits the notion of a wealthy, ten-year-old influencer to a tee.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Killionaire should not be confused with

Boyd & Floyd

Boyd and the African-American Floyd were hired by the wealthy media entrepreneur Killionaire to act as his bodyguards. Hungry for online fame themselves, the duo agreed to be paid in exposure, usually appearing with their boss during his livestreams. Boyd and Floyd ran afoul of Spider-Boy during Spider-Boy's first confrontation with Killionaire. They used their guns to shoot the nimble young hero down, but failed in their task. Later they faced Spider-Boy again when they accompanied Killionaire and Toy Soldier during his livestreamed rampage through Manhattan. After Toy Soldier rebelled against Killionaire, Spider-Boy was sure the livestream of all the crimes Killionaire and his bodyguards had committed would send them to jail. However, the ten-year-old's high-priced lawyers got them off easily. Some time later, they were with Killionaire when he haggled with the Bada-Bros over their price for destroying the F.E.A.S.T. facility in the East Village, which was the site of Killionaire's future Killzone facility.
