History:

(Mystic Comics I#2) - Kadash was the chief spy of an operation by Sovernian agents to cripple the United States by planting explosives beneath every major city in the country. Kadash came to the USA aboard a Sovernian battleship so he could oversee his agents' work. Fritz and another Soverian agent traveled aboard a neutral vessel and discovered the hero Master Mind Excello spying on them. Capting Master Mind Excello, they exited the vessel aboard a speedboat then transported Excello to the battleship. Kadash had no time to interrogate Excello so ordered him placed in irons aboard the battleship.

    After giving instructions to the battleship's captain, Kadash boarded a seaplane and flew to Manhattan, then went to his office at the North Building to meet with his agents. However, Master Mind Excello escaped his bonds and trailed Kadash to his office. Bursting into the office through a window, Master Mind Excello defeated Kadash and his spies in a fistfight. Donning a disguise, Master Mind Excello impersonated Kadash so he could stop Kadash's operative Dr. Marko from setting off the explosives planted at the Super Power Plant in Reedsville, New Jersey. When the explosion was prevented, Excello directed the Coast Guard to sink the Sovernian battleship and sent the police to arrest Kadash and his agents at Kadash's office.
