Powers/Abilities: Hauser did not demonstrate any special abilities, superhuman or otherwise, in his limited appearances.

    He may have designed or stolen the designs to some advanced technology or medication, but he at least possessed some files valuable enough to Biotek for them to kill him and others aboard a train to get it.

    He either possessed the means to higher numerous armed security agents, or perhaps other parties supplied him with them.

History:
(Deathlok VI#1 (fb) - BTS) - Possessing a file containing unrevealed data, Hauser was targeted by Biotek, who sent their operative Mustang (aka Deathlok; Henry Hayes, who had been transformed into the Deathlok cyborg and operated under their command on missions before having his mission memory wiped and returning to his human form and life) after him.

(Deathlok VI#1) - Carrying the unidentified file in a flash drive worn on a necklace, Hauser was on a train protected by an unidentified security detail and traveling through Luzern, Switzerland when Deathlok landed on the train. With Hauser's location confirmed via thermal imaging and reported by Biotek, Deathlok swiftly took out the security agents and then approached the car containing Hauser.

    Deathlok advised Hauser that his security contingent had been disabled and then instructed him to turn over the file. When Hauser replied, "Absolutely not," Deathlok fired through the door with a trio of laser blasts then penetrated Hauser's chest, killing him.

    Deathlok then retrieved the flash drive and informed his controller that the package had been obtained, after which they instructed him to proceed to cover up, and Deathlok destroyed the train as he departed to conceal his involvement

    As far as I know, nothing further was revealed about Hauser or the drive he used, but maybe it was revealed later in the series? I only reviewed the first issue for this profile.

   This profile was completed 02/28/2026, but its publication was delayed as it was intended for the Appendix 25^th anniversary 's celebratory event.
