Powers/Abilities: Large portions of Davis Harmon's body were replaced or covered in cybernetic parts. His left cybernetic arm can extend itself and the fingers to function as a claw-like weapon. The function of most of his cybernetic parts is unknown, but he could likely connect wirelessly to machines.

   It is unknown how much of this transformation into a cyborg happened after using the mutant Zero to fix his body as the young mutant's powers including the fusion of flesh and machinery and some regenerative abilities. It is very likely that Harmon was able to duplicate these powers to some degree.

   Even before becoming a cyborg Harmon used and commanded a wide variety of technology including a contagion created from the giant robot Ultimo, gunships, unmanned WR-50s tanks, Eaglestar's own brand of missiles and grenades, an army of tech-collecting robot drones and an underwater lab. Much of the technology created by Eaglestar and Harmon over the years was based on components collected on battlefields.

   Davis Harmon is a ruthless arms dealer and mercenary leader, who stopped at nothing for profit.

History:
(Storm III#8 (fb) - BTS) - Davis Harmon built Eaglestar's weapons division by combing through battlefields and stealing whatever technology he could get his hands on.

(War Machine II#3 (fb) - BTS) - Most of Eaglestar's billion dollar business was for private security, but they secretly also worked in research and development of weapons.

(War Machine II#1 (fb) - BTS) - Eaglestar International was hired by the United States to support the monarchy in Aqiria and protect the country's infrastructure.

(War Machine II#3 (fb) - BTS) - As a private contractor Eaglestar operatives could not be court-martialed and their contract specifically excluded the Aqirian government from any oversight.

(War Machine II#2 (fb) - BTS) - Eaglestar International set up a regional headquarter in Aqiria. Their base coordinated anti-terrorist operations that protected ten thousand American soldiers and millions of Aqirian civilians in the Aqirian capital of Makazan.

(War Machine II#3 (fb) - BTS) - During Eaglestar's operations in Aqiria Davis Harmon experimented on at least thirty people with the Ultimo virus.

(War Machine II#3 (fb)) - As part of an experiment Davis Harmon had Dr. Glenda Sandoval assaulted. He then injected her with the Ultimo virus.

(War Machine II#3 (fb) - BTS) - Harmon ordered to quarantine her, denied her medical treatment and selected the men that eventually raped her.

(War Machine II#2 (fb) - BTS) - Davis Harmon ordered his men to keep Dr. Glenda Sandoval in a container in Aqiria without any medical attention after she had "unauthorized" contact with experimental technology.

(War Machine II#2) - Harmon's aide O'Hanlon informed him that they had lost the communications satellite and something was heading for them. Harmon ordered to activate the interceptor drones, but they had already been taken out. One of them crashed into Harmon's indoor pool before War Machine contacted him and took responsibility for four destroyed drones. Harmon rushed out of his house surrounded by Eaglestar operatives while War Machine told Harmon that his facility was completely isolated and it would take 15 minutes for any backup to arrive. Harmon tried to explain that they were actually the good guys, but War Machine wasn't convinced and demanded from Harmon to tell his men to stand down and let him take what he came for. Believing War Machine was not an actual threat Harmon ordered had daisy cutter rockets shot at War Machine. He ordered to detonate them, but War Machine, after causing an electrical feedback, had already taken control over two of them while only the third detonated. Harmon sent gunships and tanks after War Machine next. War Machine shot the daisy cutters at them, but had to stop them from hitting the tanks because he didn't want to kill the foot soldiers on the ground. The rocket blew War Machine apart, but Harmon ordered to get confirmation for his elimination. It didn't end well because War Machine was a cyborg at this point and just fought back and incorporated parts of the tanks and gunships into his cyborg form. O'Hanlon asked Harmon if they should evacuate, but Harmon had no interest to do that because his mercenaries were probably having a great time.

   Harmon went into the field with his mercenaries and organized their next attack on War Machine, who had reached Qurantine Rock C, the building where Sandoval was kept. War Machine shot them with a Roxxon flash pulse, blinding them all for a few minutes. Harmon was now sure that War Machine would never kill them.

(War Machine II#3 - BTS) - War Machine rolled out to capture Harmon because according to Sandoval he was the one that knew all of Eaglestar's dark secrets and could take the whole company down.

(War Machine II#3) - War Machine found Harmon cowering in the desert sand. Harmon heard War Machine's guns cock, but none were fired. War Machine asked Harmon what he did to Sandoval and Harmon agreed to hand her over to War Machine. Harmon deactivated the detonators on her quarantine container and opened the door remotely. Harmon asked to leave, but after Bethany Cabe informed War Machine of Harmon's responsibility not only for Sandoval's harm, but also the death of other test subjects, War Machine wasn't willing anymore to just let him get away and held him at gunpoint with a railgun. Harmon escaped the scene when Ares attacked War Machine.

   Harmon made his way to Quarantine Dock B and was in the process of opening a locked door when War Machine caught up to him and hit him in the face. At this point Harmon mocked War Machine for not killing him already. Harmon informed him that the Americans, the United Nations or Aqiria had no jurisdiction over him or any other member of Eaglestar International because they were exempt from prosecution and any oversight due to Eaglestar operatives' specific contracts. Harmon tried to talk business with War Machine and offered him a weapon from outer space greater than anything Osborn ever created. Harmon tried again to open the door, but was confronted by Sandoval, who shot him in the chest and head for what he had done to her. Because she was also an Eaglestar operative she could not be punished for Harmon's murder.

   With Harmon dead on the ground Ares congratulated War Machine. Norman Osborn saw that the mission to kill Harmon was accomplished and informed Ares that his evacuation shuttle would arrive in 13 minutes, but Ares ignored him and cut through the door of the quarantine unit to release the test subjects infected with the Ultimo contagion. (It took War Machine and his team two more issues to deal with the situation. Along the way Sandoval's infection took over and Ares got infected as well, but in the end everyone important was fine.).

(Storm III#7 (fb) - BTS) - Harmon was reported dead after his murder (two years earlier according to the story), but there was no record of where he was buried because he actually returned to life. With Harmon officially dead Eaglestar went into receivership, but kept operating out of Aqiria because he was actually still pulling the strings.

(Storm III#4 (fb) - BTS) - Davis Harmon's operations became part of the criminal organization known as the Four Clans. His clan was known as the Aqiria Clan. They held gladiatorial battles in a hidden arena in Las Vegas to settle disputes between their clans, leading to the elimination of possible collateral damages. Wolverine often served as Yukio's champion in those battles.

(Storm III#8 (fb) - BTS) - Harmon started operating from a mobile underwater lab.

(Storm III#10 (fb)) - Harmon found the remains of Zero at the former location of Utopia. He took the remnants of the self-healing mutant boy to his underwater lab where he kept him in a fluid inside a glass cylinder. Harmon used parts of Zero to fix his own body, which was very painful for the young mutant.

(Storm III#8 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Harmon made lucrative arrangements with Kuva, the leader of Oakland Clan.

(Storm III#7 (fb) - BTS) - At some point Harmon financed the campaign of a U.S. senator with $600,000 through a non-profit called "Concerned Citizens."

(Storm III#8 (fb) - BTS) - Harmon sold weapons to the paramilitaries that tried to overthrow the government in Santo Marco. The operation resulted in 73 million dollars revenue a year.

(Storm III#1 - BTS) - Storm inadvertently ruined Eaglestar's business in Santo Marco by overthrowing the paramilitaries.

(Storm III#7 (fb) - BTS) - Eaglestar abandoned their base in Aqiria.

(Storm III#4) - Davis Harmon, leader of the Aqiria Clan, met with the Kuva of Breakworld, representing the Oakland Clan, and DRC Weapons president Moses Magnum of the Kigali Clan in a secret underground bunker in Las Vegas. Yukio of the Kyoto Clan arrived late with Storm (Ororo Munroe). Harmon immediately asked where Wolverine was. Yukio assured him that he was one his way and that Storm would fill in for him for the moment. At the meeting table Harmon and Magnum got into a dispute over concession rights on a new mobile A.I.M. base in the red sea. Harmon wanted it because it was ten miles into his territory, but Magnum knew it would end up in his territory soon and offered Harmon 30% rental fee. Harmon wanted to run it solo or at most give Magnum 5%. Magnum was not willing to go below 25% and Harmon formally challenged Magnum. The Four Clan leaders and Storm went to the arena to decide the situation by pitting a champion of the Aqiria and Kigali Clan against each other. As they watched Storm interrupted the fight. Harmon realized that Wolverine would not be coming at all and Storm wasn't willing to let people die in the arena. Kuva was angered by Storm breaking the rules and challenged Yukio for leadership of the clans.

(Storm III#7 (fb) - BTS) - Harmon told the senator whose campaign he had financed to frame Storm for the attack on the airplane the senator and Storm were on. The senator was afraid of Harmon.

(Storm III#5) - Harmon left the arena with Magnum and Kuva after Storm agreed to fight as Yukio's champion. In the Mojave Desert before the fight between Storm and Kuva's champion Gah-Ran, Harmon bet with Magnum that Gah-Ran would beat Storm in twelve minutes while Magnum thought it would take Gah-Ran at least 20 minutes. After Storm tried to shake Gah-Ran's hand Harmon changed his time to seven while Magnum changed his to fifteen. The fight commenced and Storm eventually won in twelve minutes. Magnum and Harmon both lost their bet because of her win, but because she didn't kill Gah-Ran the bet was void anyway. Harmon and Magnum were still arguing over who won due to the circumstance of Gah-Ran still being alive when Storm hit the ground beneath their feet with lightning. Storm was shocked when she found Kuva slain by Yukio, who was declared the new leader of the Oakland Clan by Gah-Ran. Storm flew off.

(Storm III#6 - BTS) - Harmon sent winged Eaglestar operatives to attack the plane Storm had taken to return to New York City in midair. Storm took them out and safely brought the plane to LaGuardia Airport. While everyone on the flight saw that Storm had saved them, a Senator, who was on board claimed that she had destroyed the plane's electrical systems after attacking his guards (she defended herself against them) and had taken them hostage. Storm was arrested.

(Storm III#7 - BTS) - After Beast and Rachel Summers found out about the senator secretly getting funded by Harmon, Storm attacked the senator in his Louisiana home and he admitted everything, including Harmon's involvement.

(Storm III#8 - BTS) - FBI Agent Frankie Robertson traced "Concerned Citizens" back to Eaglestar, which was proof enough to her that Harmon set her up and the senator had helped him.

   Meanwhile the corrupt senator revealed to Storm that Harmon was secretly operating out of an underwater lab San Francisco Bay, the former location of the X-Men's base Utopia. She found robots on the bottom of the bay collecting scraps from the remnants of Utopia and followed them to Harmon's mobile lab.

(Storm III#8) - Harmon fired a torpedo at Storm, but it detonated early and damaged Harmon's lab (probably due to Storm). Storm then brought the lab to the surface where Harmon attacked her by himself. She ripped off his cybernetic left leg and nearly also his cybernetic right arm with a whirlwind before Harmon revealed why he was going after her. Harmon explained that it was all about money. She had cost him 14% percent net worth the end of the quarter after overthrowing the paramilitaries in Santo Marco and helping Yukio restructure the Four Clans. Harmon activated the self-destruct sequence of his lab, which blew up within three seconds. Storm brought Harmon to safety because she thought he was trying to commit suicide, but he was actually causing a tidal wave that was going to hit everyone currently on the Bay Bridge. With Harmon still in her arms Storm used her powers to disperse the tidal wave.

(Storm III#8 - BTS) - Storm handed Harmon over to the authorities.

(Storm III#8) - Harmon was put under and held in a fluid tank at the Federal Containment Center in Brooklyn, New York by the FBI. Agent Robertson got a warrant to search his cybernetic memory banks and used the information she found to round up Harmon's criminal associates in the United States. The senator that was paid by Harmon had already lawyered up and fled to Aruba.

How did Harmon survive? Maybe he used the Ultimo contagion on himself or found something else that could save his life from a bullet to the head.

His weight is impossible to determine because we have no clue what materials were used for his cybernetic parts.

Harmon had been using this mobile, crab-like lab for some time as it was known to the senator he had paid off to frame Storm. He used it at his base at the bottom of the San Francisco Bay while collecting technology from the remnants of Utopia. It was armed with torpedoes and controlled through a cybernetic helmet worn by Harmon. Storm pulled the damaged lab to the surface of the bay after she caused a torpedo to detonate near the lab. Harmon later caused the lab to self-destruct to cause a tidal wave.
