History:
(Weapon H I#9 (fb)) - Hara was one of the last survivors of the planet
Inaku, which became part of Weirdworld. She took the title of protector
and defended her people from the various threats in the realm.
(Weapon H I#10 (fb)) - Attempting to harness the power of Weirdworld, Roxxon sent a team of scientists to capture Morgan le Fay and released the Skrullduggers, monsters who had only been kept in check because of Morgan le Fay's efforts. Protector Hara defended her people from the Skrullduggers.
(Weapon H I#8) - Roxxon sent a team into Weirdworld to retrieve their missing staff, deploying Korg, the Man-Thing, Blake, Titania, Weapon H and Angel (actually the Black Widow in disguise). Soon after they appeared, Hara assaulted them, identifying them as "Roxxons." When Korg tried to restrain her, she emitted an electrical charge that stunned the entire team.
(Weapon H I#9) - Hara confined the six intruders in her people's village but Weapon H slipped out of his magical bonds by changing to his human form then set the rest of his allies free. Titania easily knocked out Hara with a single punch, damaging the dome that surrounded the Inaku village. Without the dome, the village's mystical defenses against the Skrullduggers were broken. Weapon H set out with Blake and Angel to find the other Roxxon staff and demanded his allies assist Hara in defending the village. Korg and Titania helped Hara rebuild the dome. Korg suggested they rebuilt the dome entirely but Titania and Hara decided to leave one part of the dome open so the Skrullduggers would be forced to enter one at a time, giving them an opportunity to thin their numbers.
(Weapon H I#10) - Hara, Titania, Korg, the Man-Thing and the other villagers fought off the Skrullduggers but when the monsters seemed to retreat, Hara noticed they were behaving as though they had been summoned elsewhere.
(Weapon H I#11) - Morgan le Fay came to the village, having been released from Roxxon's custody by Weapon H. With the Skrullduggers again under her control, Morgan ordered Hara to fulfill her treaty with Weirdworld and expel the invaders. Ignoring Titania's reminders of their recent alliance, Hara punched Titania and told her to either run or die. The Man-Thing created vines to protect Titania from Hara.
(Weapon H I#12) - Weapon H dragged Roxxon's CEO Dario Agger into Weirdworld to face the repercussions of his invasion. Agger soon fought Morgan le Fay himself in his minotaur form while Weapon H led his allies back to Earth. Korg wondered if Hara and her people would come with them but Titania reminded Korg that their first loyalty was to Morgan. Hara watched Weapon H and his allies exit. When a villager remarked they were supposed to kill the invaders, Hara opined that, after all, they had saved their lives before "and besides... they'll probably kill themselves before they're done." Agger tried to stop Weapon H from departing and offered him a fortune to remain and help fight Morgan. However, Weapon H refused and returned to Earth. Seeing Morgan, the Skrullduggers, Hara and the Inaku charging towards him, Agger finally gave up and returned to Earth. When Morgan said their enemies had escaped, Hara quickly embellished the story to claim Queen Morgan had banished them from Weirdworld. Morgan chose to abide by her interpretation. Privately, Hara wished Weapon H good luck.

The Morgan le Fay active on Weirdworld is not Earth-616's Morgan le Fay, but an alternate reality sorceress, who had been sold into slavery over sixty years ago on Weirdworld along with two other women stranded there.
