History:
(Citizen V and the V-Battalion#2 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, Gwenny-Lou Sabuki, the super hero Golden Girl had a son, Kenji, who eventually became the hero Golden Sun.

(Citizen V and the V-Battalion: The Everlasting I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Gwenny-Lou adopted the alias Golden Woman.

(Citizen V and the V-Battalion#2 (fb) - BTS) - As Golden Sun, Kenji served in the Penance Council either alongside or, in succession of Gwenny-Lou.

(Citizen V and the V-Battalion#2 (fb) - BTS) - Kenji had a daughter, Ameiko, who would eventually become Goldfire.

(All-New Invaders#6 (fb) - BTS) -  Kenji had another daughter, Ryoko, who eventually became Radiance.

(Citizen V and the V-Battalion#2 (fb) / Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z hardcover#12: V-Battalion) <1961> - The Golden Woman eventually died in action on a V-Battalion mission (see comments).

    It's easy to miss the sole appearance of Golden Sun, as the figure looks a lot like the Golden Girl/Woman who is on other panels on the same page. However, the text page at the end of the issue confirms this to be Golden Sun.

    In the earlier days of comics, Kenji would have been a mutant, having been born with inherent powers derived from his parents.
    However, more recent stories discuss the superhuman children of superhumans as caterpillars or something, but not mutants...

    Ryoko Sabuki asked the Torch if her grandmother and Toro had had a romance, but the Torch just told her to ask Toro.
    Until some other story says otherwise, I think it is a very logical assumption that Toro COULD BE the father of Golden Sun; however, there is also not anything in the stories to confirm or refute this.
