Powers/Abilities: Apparently a reanimated
composite being, Franken's Teen is superhumanly strong (likely lifting
1000-4000 lbs., and possibly significantly more), durable, perhaps
exceptionally pain-resistant (or perhaps his body parts don't have
significant nociceptors) and likely immune to aging and conventional
disease.
He apparently can replace body parts with parts from other beings and use them as his own.
Even when decapitated and with his
body blown to pieces, he can still maintain his existence and
consciousness. His hands, at least, can continue to move around, and he
can presumably reassemble his body parts, although it likely requires
time and sewing, during which time he is apparently vulnerable to
further damage, such as by dogs or other predators or scavengers. 
He has apparently mastered sewing,
sufficiently to suture other body parts to his own as needed.
He is drawn to beer, and will not let
something like a bear-trap-like device deter him.
History:
(Astonishing Tales: Boom Boom and Elsa#1 (fb) -
BTS) - The being who called himself Franken's Teen was apparently
constructed as a composite from the body parts of multiple dead
teenagers.
Elsa Bloodstone at least considered the teenagers used to all be "Darwin Award-Winners,"
too stupid to live.
He became something of a "beastly football hooligan," which at some point attracted Elsa Bloodstone, perhaps when she was drunk.
After they broke up, Franken's Teen
posted compromising pictures of Elsa on the internet.
Following "quite a bit of study,"
Franken's Teen "mastered the paleolithic art of sewing," and he
replaced the lower half of his left arm with an ape arm. He presumably
gave himself other enhancements as well.
Seeking vengeance on Franken's Teen, Elsa got her friend Boom-Boom (Tabitha Smith) to come with her as she set a trap (like a bear-trap, but smaller...maybe for a wolf?) baited with a six pack of beer.
Franken's Teen
claimed the six pack and didn't seem to care about the trap stuck on his
right arm.
(Astonishing
Tales: Boom Boom and Elsa#1) - As Elsa and Tabitha confronted him,
Franken's Teen proudly proclaimed his name. When Elsa told him that
wasn't his name, he repeated it and -- while flexing his biceps --
added that he was also known as Tank-Enstein, but that Elsa, whom he
referred to as "sweet knees" could call him anything she wanted.
Boom-Boom was surprised that Elsa had dated this thing, and she noted it to be a criminal weakness for beastly football hooligans made up of dead teenagers.
When Tabitha gave Franken's Teen
style points for his ape arm, he noted his mastery of sewing and
suggested that Elsa should "peep" all of the improvements. However, she
told him not to try to chat her up, as she wasn't "all that bladdered"
(intoxicated/drunk) and that she was mad at him.
Elsa elaborated that Franken's
Teen had posted compromising pictures of her on the internet after they
had broken up, but he countered that she should be proud of that "fit
kit." Nonetheless, he told her to relax as he would delete them, which
led Elsa to angrily inform him that you could not undo the internet.
Elsa then introduced "Frank" to
"Tabby Cat" (Boom-Boom), telling him that "she makes jerks go explodo,"
at which point she created and launched a burst of explosive energy
that indeed blew him to pieces. Elsa advised him that that was what you
get when you mess with super-chicks, and Frank told her that she
couldn't leave him like this as there were hounds about.
As his hand walked itself back to
him, Elsa mockingly told Frank to suck it up and pull himself together,
after which she departed with Tabitha.

It is
unrevealed who created Franken's Teen, but it would seem likely that he
or she was a Frankenstein or someone else using Frankenstein research.
Given the electrodes on his neck, it would seem likely that electricity
was involved in his creation.
It
is
certainly possible that all of the teens who were used to create
Franken's Teen were indeed people whose own stupid actions brought
about their own deaths and took them out of the gene pool. You can

Based on his outfit and speech, I think we can be reasonably confident that the football with which the Franken's Teen was involved was the sport Americans can soccer.
