He apparently uses either technological means (possibly donning a helmet, etc, when flying at high speeds) or possesses the superhuman power to withstand such high speeds.

Further details on how long or far he can fly at such high speeds or at more of a cruising speed, his peak altitude, etc. are all unrevealed.

Doctor Fario would seem likely that he was a genius and designed his own jet pack and equipment, but that is unconfirmed.

Height: Unrevealed (approximately 5'10")
Weight: Unrevealed (approximately 175 lbs.)
Eyes: Dark (apparently brown)
Hair: Black (including mustache)

History:
(
Redwing: Independence Day Infinity Comic#1) - Confronted in mid-air by Bravian, Doctor Fario announced his name (possibly introducing himself to Bravian, or he just felt like saying it) and noted that his jet pack could fly 1.5 faster than and F-15 jet. Further noting that Bravian had been injured, Dr. Fario asked how he could even fly.
Bravian appeared to have a bandage on his left foot/lower leg.

(Redwing: Independence Day Infinity Comic#1 - BTS) <July 4> - Frequently watching the Earth-616 Bravian TV show (which mirrored Bravian's adventures), Redwing daydreamed of the above confrontation from that show while flying Captain America (Sam Wilson)'s shield -- which he had accidentally left behind -- to him in preparation for an Independence Day parade.

Comments: Created by Juan Ponce and Pablo Collar.

    According to an internet search/AI:

Doctor Fario appeared on a single page, and I've included the sole image and all information from that page. Bravian will get his own profile at some point.

The unique name and the way he has the F on his chest makes me think Fario was supposed to mean something, but an internet search just gave me the names listed in the clarifications.
Helena Nash suggested he was named as a variation on the Mario Bros character Wario, and the mustaches do seem to fit for that.

Earth-26659 The eagle Bravian battled evil-doers such as Dr. Fario; mirrored the Earth-616 TV show enjoyed by the Falcon Redwing. Redwing: Independence Day Infinity Comics #1 (2026)

This profile was completed 07/24/2026, but its publication was delayed as it was intended for the Appendix 25th anniversary 's celebratory event
Thanks to Loki for suggesting Bravian to represent Redwing's stories and characters.
