Powers/Abilities: The Enhanced AIM-240, Gamma Impulse-Driven Beta Model Cyber-Sentinel was able to shoot an energy beam from its faceplate and its hands were also destructive, emitting an unrevealed kind of energy. At least for activation, it required a remote control.
History:

to build her a device and she asked for it to be big. They began to
work in an abandoned warehouse at 348 Mercer Street.
(Marvel:
Shadows & Light II#3 / 3) - While he was
after Doctor Octopus, Spider-Man broke into an AIM base, mistakenly
thinking it to be the villain's headquarters. After a brief fight, one
of the A.I.M. agents activated the Enhanced AIM 240, Gamma
Impulse-Driven Beta Model Cyber-Sentinel. Spider-Man tricked it into
hitting an A.I.M. machine, which exploded and destroyed both the base
and the robot. Following the fight, Spider-Man questioned an A.I.M.
agent about the whereabouts of Doctor Octopus, learning that he had
gotten the house number wrong and that Doc Ock's base was actually
across the street at 346 Mercer.
