History: (Generations: Iron Man & Ironheart (fb) - BTS) - During the Heroic Age, Iron Man and Doctor Doom accidentally traveled into the past to the court of King Arthur. The experience gave Tony perspective that helped him focus on his work.
Over years, the Avengers expanded across the galaxy. With Iron Man amongst their ranks, they defeated Thanos once and for all. One of the alien species they saved had repaid their gratitude by gifting them flora that could eat terrestrial pollution, dramatically improving the quality of life and reducing the levels of crime and disease.
Tony Stark and his fellow big thinkers convinced the world governments of a need for a major change to avoid a man-made apocalypse, and they redirected all military budgets towards futuristic projects. Despite over a fifth of these projects turning out to be scams, the rest produced results, radically transforming the planet and eliminating, among other things, street violence and the need for sirens.
At some point, Tony Stark installed a World Energy Shield that ensured an energy-regulated world peace. He also got rid of the internet and replaced it with something better.
Eventually, Tony shifted his focus towards mystical knowledge, which he considered merely another form of technological pursuit. Over time, he ascended to the position of Earth's Sorcerer Supreme.
(Multiple Man#4) - A dupe of Multiple Man from Earth-18928 traveled to this reality in search of Doctor Strange but found Tony Stark occupying the Sorcerer Supreme position instead. The dupe asked Stark to come and help with a problem in his time, but he refused out of obligation to protect his own timeline. The dupe then asked Tony to share his magical knowledge with him, and Stark agreed to train him. The dupe went on to stay in the Sanctum Sanctorum for the next sixty years.
(All-New X-Men Annual) - In 2099 A.D., Stark was visited in his Sanctum by the time-traveling mutant Tempus from the past of Reality-616. She told him about her journey and the family she had in this time period (in the alternate Reality-51246). Tony thanked Tempus for keeping Morgana Le Fay-616 trapped in the prehistoric era but then had to tell her the bitter truth. Because of the "butterfly effect" she had induced during her travels through time, her husband and daughter no longer existed in this reality, and her trying to get them back would only make things worse. Stark told Tempus that it was time for her to go home and took her to Tabula Rasa in Montana, where her journey through time began. Tempus asked him to get her home, but Tony declined and said that she needed to do that on her own. Tempus then used her mutant powers to return mere seconds after her initial departure.
(Infamous Iron Man#8) - After years of research, Stark was able to make spiritual contact with the past Victor von Doom of Reality-616, back when he was Iron Man.
(Infamous Iron Man#9) - Tony assured Victor that he was not an illusion or a trick. He then said that it was important for Victor to stop being Iron Man. Doom demanded more details, but their connection ended before Stark could tell him more.
(Midnight Suns#3 (fb) - BTS) - Tony Stark experienced a vision of the breaking of the world (which occurred in Reality-23262). He ventured into the past of Earth-616 but became captive in the Dark Dimension by a group of vampires calling themselves the Children of the Mhuruuk.
(Midnight Suns#3) - Chained to a wall with magical restraints, Tony Stark was found and rescued by heroes from Earth-616: Blade, Magik, Nico Minoru, Spirit Rider, and Wolverine. Aware of the nature of the impending apocalypse, he set out forging mystical armor that would enable them to survive the corrosive mists of the realm of Valtorr, which took him several hours.
(Midnight Suns#4) - Stark gave the Earth-616 heroes the map to Valtorr's Realm and assumed an astral form, leaving his corporeal body back in the Dark Dimension to close the portal behind them. Worried about his people in his absence, he hurried to return to his time and became aggravated by the delays, even as the others battled the G'uranthic Guardian who blocked their exit from the Dark Dimension. Unable to assist them in his astral form, Stark continued providing verbal advice until the others pushed the Guardian back through the portal into the Dark Dimension. Stark then closed the portal and prepared to deal with the Guardian alone.
(Generations: Iron Man & Ironheart (fb) - BTS) - Having lost taste for direct physical confrontations, Tony Stark eventually set his goals on preparing for battles proactively, so that he did not have to actually fight them. He had Torunn of the Next Avengers procure the Shard of the Odinsdottir for him.
(Generations: Iron Man & Ironheart) - When Tony
was 126 years old, the Next Avengers brought to him the
unconscious Ironheart from the past of Earth-616. While she was out,
Stark examined and complimented her armor. After Riri woke up, he
properly introduced himself and helped her overcome the initial shock.
Riri believed that the Ironheart armor was dead, but Tony noted its
energy sources and artificial intelligence to be merely blocked by his
worldwide installations. Tony upgraded the armor to work but warned Riri
that she could not take the modifications back with her.
Stark took Riri
on a tour to see the wonders of his world, which was interrupted by an
attack from Morgan Le Fay. Tony produced the Shard of the Odinsdottir,
which was enough to get Morgan to retreat without a fight. He the told
Riri to say goodbye to the Next Avengers and took her to the Baxter
Building to meet Franklin Richards. Tony told Riri that both he and
Franklin had out-of-time experiences similar to hers, and that they
were meant to provide inspiration for those in doubt of their path.
Riri was then pulled back to her own time.

Stark has referred to his home city as "New York" despite it usually becoming Nueva York by 2099 A.D. Besides this name change not taking place on Earth-39234, the other possibility is that Tony was simply using the more familiar name for convenience of Earth-616 residents.
Invincible Iron Man#600 reprints pages from the All-New X-Men Annual with only minor lettering differences, without new material relevant to this Tony Stark's history.
