History:

(Kid Komics I#2) - Senator Dobbs was a U.S. politician who spoke out against the Axis. He became targeted by Herr Dwarf, a Nazi agent. As Senator Dobbs sat in his home one night, Herr Dwarf used his powers to, from a distance, mentally compel Dobbs to take his own life. Falling under Herr Dwarf's hypnotic spell, Dobbs drew a handgun to shoot himself in the head. The super-heroes Captain Wonder and Tim Mulrooney intervened to try and save his life, but Dobbs was completely under Herr Dwarf's spell and shot himself before they could prevent his death.
