deneb-7-tigra-leapupMajor Resources: Beaches and Pleasure Palaces;
    There looked to be a large number of aircraft in the city by what was presumably an ocean

Prominent Residents: None known, unless the the green-skinned male and the two pink-skinned females were residents

    the green-skinned male and the two pink-skinned females were presumably visitors; others were seen in the background without any further information

First Appearance: (Mentioned) Avengers III#4 (May, 1998)

History:
(
Avengers Infinity#1 (fb) - BTS) - Deneb-7 was once a desolate world.

(Avengers Infinity#1 (fb) - BTS) - Under unrevealed circumstances, Deneb-7 was terraformed to have beaches, and mile-high pleasure domes were built there. deneb-7-cityscape-tigra

(Avengers Infinity#1 (fb) - BTS) - Deneb-7 became a vacation destination for the galaxy's elite, its beaches and pleasure domes catering to the whims of diverse clientele.

(Avengers III#4 (fb) - BTS- After declining rejoining the Avengers, Tigra rode atop Starfox's back, directing him to the Pleasure Palaces of Deneb-7. Moondragon asked if she even knew where Deneb-7 was, and Tigra mockingly asked if she needed directions. Insisting that she would never set foot in those fleshpits, Moondragon retorted that they may be the perfect place for Tigra.

(Avengers Infinity#1 (fb) - BTS) - Starfox and Tigra arrived on Deneb-7.

(Avengers Infinity#1) - Tigra became annoyed with a green-skinned alien who became a little pushy despite her telling him she wasn't interested, and she kicked him to the ground and then leapt up to the second floor of a building. See this and realizing that she no longer seemed to be enjoying herself, Starfox left the company of two interested women and approached Tigra. When she told him that she was partied out, he suggested they head off planet and seek a little adventure. Tigra happily accepted the offer.

(Avengers Infinity#1 (fb) - BTS) - Starfox and Tigra left Deneb-7.

Comments: First referenced by Kurt Busiek;
    shown and featured in a story by Roger Stern, Sean Chen, and Scott Hanna.

    The inclusion of Deneb-7 raises many questions, such as why was it desolate, who terraformed it and how was it done, who regulates/controls/owns it, does it have its own native population, what races were the green-skinned male and the two pink-skinned humanoid women, etc.?

    You can speculate on the nature of their beaches and what exactly is involved in a Pleasure Palace, but guests/visitors were certainly pampered.

    See the discussion under Deneb IV regarding its location. It is not confirmed that Deneb-7 is in the same star system (or galaxy) as Deneb IV. There are certainly possibly many stars known as Deneb in an infinite universe.

    With the sliding timescale, Avengers Infinity may have taken 4-6 months after Avengers III#4...which would be a very long time for Tigra to have spent there. Certainly possible, but it is also possible that they made numerous stops and had various adventures before getting there...and that Avengers Infinity#1 took place significantly earlier than the publication date might make it seem.

    In the real world, the star known as "Deneb" is a blue-white supergiant star which means that its total lifespan will be too short for life, let alone intelligent life, to have evolved on any planets that might be in orbit around it. Of course, there are limits to how "realistic" the Marvel Universe has to be.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Deneb-7 no known connections to

green-skinned alien man
(not "Romeo" nor "Mud")

deneb-7-greenguyfullishdeneb-7-greenguygrabby
     A green-skinned semi-humanoid biped, he did not conform to any known extraterrestrial race of which I am aware.

     He has four fingers and a thumb, orange eyes that did not show irides discreet from the sclera, with small, central pupils.

     He seemed to have some plate-like structures over his mandibles and maxilla.

Presumably a visitor on Deneb-7, he took an interest in Tigra and called out to her, "What's your hurry, babe?"

     Without turning around, she told him that her name was not babe and that she was not interested. When he grabbed her arm, she told him, "Hands off, Romeo!"

     As he replied that his name was not Romeo, she leapt into the air, over, and behind him, and then kicked him in the back, knocking him to the ground while telling him that now his name was "mud."

     She swiftly leapt away, leaving him behind.

pink-skinned humanoid alien women

deneb-7-twowomen-fulldeneb-7-twowomen-faces     A pair of women indistinguishable grossly from Caucasian ("white") humans.

     One had long straight black (or otherwise very dark) hair and apparently gray (or brown) eyes, while they other had blue eyes and wore some sort of headdress that did not show any hair sticking out from underneath it.

     As the two women swooned over him, Starfox saw Tigra's exodus after knocking down a would-be suitor. Excusing himself to see to his friend, he told him he would see them later, and they accepted, noting they would live for later but pray for sooner.

     The dark-haired woman stated that now she knew why they called him Starfox.
