History:
(Pint-Sized X-Babies: Murderama#1 (fb) - BTS) - Like the childlike X-Babies, the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies were conceived by the extradimensional despot Mojo, inspired by the heroic X-Men's rivals, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Created from neoplasm, the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies soon became bitter rivals of the X-Babies, leading to savage battles in which the taunting was often brutal and during which the Brotherhood tended to fight dirty. At some point, the Brotherhood's leader, Magneato, crafted a way to block the Brotherhood's alpha-wave emissions, preventing them from being detected by the X-Babies' Cerebrum computer system.

(Pint-Sized X-Babies: Murderama#1) - After being sent by Magneato to acquire a large radioactive gemstone responsible for mutated vegetation from the imp-like Pix, the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies attacked their village, with Mysti Q forcing one of the Pix at gunpoint to open the safe containing the gemstone while Snaggletooth stood guard and Slob ate. Mysti Q gathered up the gemstone and the pyromaniac Phyro was charged with torching the Pix's village outside. Phyro was soon defeated by the arrival of the heroic X-Babies, who split up to take down the individual members of the Brotherhood. Wolvie leaped into battle against Snaggletooth while Cyke and Boyo defeated Slob, who had gotten stuck in a doorway due to his size. As the X-Babies were rounding up the Brotherhood members present, Colossusus came flying through the wall, having been hurled aside by the remaining Brotherhood members Toadpole, Juggernut and the Brotherhood's leader, Magneato. Assuring the X-Babies that no one would keep him from the radioactive jewels he sought, Magneato gathered up the defeated Brotherhood members and departed.

Not long after, Mojo worked with the murderous "Arcade" (secretly the diminutive neoplasmic Funhouse) on a new trivia game show called Murderama and the X-Babies were captured and forced to compete against the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies. As the show began, "Arcade" introduced viewers to both the X-Babies and the Brotherhood, who proved to be the viewers' favorites. In Round 1, the X-Babies answered all of their trivia questions incorrectly, giving 3000 points to the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies and leading to Cyke and Wolvie being sent into a death trap. Surviving, Wolvie soon returned to his teammates and Round 2 began with a series of fire-related questions, all of which the Brotherhood's Phyro answered perfectly, earning the Brotherhood another point advantage over the X-Babies. After Colossusus and Creepy Crawler successfully survived the second round's death trap, the X-Babies and Brotherhood entered the third and final round of the game show. When Wolvie proved to be an expert in the category of torture ending in 'tion, the Brotherhood's Snaggletooth snuck under the X-Babies' stage and bit the wiring connected to the buzzers in two, preventing the X-Babies from buzzing in to answer questions. After the X-Babies overcame their final death trap, "Arcade" captured the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies and held them hostage, threatening to reduce the Brotherhood back to their original neoplasmic states if the X-Babies refused to return to his Murderworld game show as champions. The X-Babies ultimately agreed to "Arcade"'s terms and "Arcade" agreed to release the Brotherhood but before "Arcade" could take any action, the X-Babies' Charlie X appeared on the scene with an army of new X-Babies. During the distraction of Charlie X's rescue mission, the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies made a discreet getaway.

Comments: Created by Ruben Diaz, J.J. Kirby, Sean Parsons, Scott Koblish, Rich Perrotta, Dexter Vines, Russell, Williams and Rodney Ramos.

I couldn't find any information on the inkers credited only as "Russell" and "Williams" in Pint-Sized X-Babies: Murderama#1.

For the record, I chose not to cover Magneato in the subprofiles because he has an additional appearance where he was a member of one of two squads of X-Babies. I feel like coverage of Magneato would be better suited to his own profile or a subprofile under the X-Babies since that is the team he was last seen with.

This profile was completed on 09/29/2025 but its publication was delayed, as it was being saved for the Appendix's 25th anniversary event.

CLARIFICATIONS:
The Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies has no known connections to:

Juggernut

Like all of the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies, Juggernut was created from neoplasm to be a childlike rival to the X-Babies, in this case mirroring Earth's Juggernaut. As part of the Brotherhood, Juggernut accompanied his teammates in an attack on the imp-like Pix's village, where he battled the X-Babies' Colossusus, knocking him through the wall of one of the Pix homes. Shortly after, Magneato arrived and led the Brotherhood in departing the scene. Juggernut was later present as a contestant on Funhouse's Murderworld game show and was captured by Funhouse as a hostage to force the X-Babies to return as contestants. When an army of X-Babies arrived to rescue those captured as part of the show, Juggernut fled the scene with the rest of the Brotherhood.

While he didn't display any actual powers, Juggernut presumably possessed the same superhuman strength and imperviousness to physical harm that his Earth counterpart Juggernaut had.

Mysti Q

Like all of the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies, Mysti Q was created from neoplasm to be a childlike rival to the X-Babies, in this case mirroring Earth's Mystique. As part of the Brotherhood, Mysti Q was tasked with acquiring radioactive jewels from the village of the imp-like Pix and she successfully acquired one of the jewels by forcing a Pix at gunpoint to open the safe containing the jewel. When the heroic X-Babies arrived to rescue the Pix, Mysti Q shapeshifted into the form of one of the Pix and attempted to trick the X-Babies into thinking she was their ally but both Cyke and Wolvie discovered her ruse. She soon after departed the scene with the other Brotherhood members. Mysti Q was later present as a contestant on Funhouse's Murderworld game show and was captured by Funhouse as a hostage to force the X-Babies to return as contestants. When an army of X-Babies arrived to rescue those captured as part of the show, Mysti Q fled the scene with the rest of the Brotherhood.

Mysti Q could change her physical form at will.

--Pint-Sized X-Babies: Murderama#1

Phyro

Like all of the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies, Phyro was created from neoplasm to be a childlike rival to the X-Babies, in this case mirroring Earth's Pyro. As part of the Brotherhood, Phyro accompanied his teammates in an attack on the imp-like Pix's village, where he was tasked with torching the village. Nervously striking match after match, the pyromaniac Phyro eventually managed to light one but the heroic X-Babies arrived on the scene and Phyro was downed by rain generated by the X-Babies' Shower. The Brotherhood eventually departed the scene and Phyro was later present alongside the Brotherhood as a contestant on Funhouse's Murderworld game show, using his knowledge of fire to ace the second round of trivia questions related to fire. After being captured by Funhouse as a hostage to force the X-Babies to return as contestants, Phyro fled the scene with the rest of the Brotherhood when an army of X-Babies arrived to rescue those captured as part of the show.

Phyro could manipulate existing fire at will.

--Pint-Sized X-Babies: Murderama#1

Slob

Like all of the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies, Slob was created from neoplasm to be a childlike rival to the X-Babies, in this case mirroring Earth's Blob. As part of the Brotherhood, Slob was tasked with acquiring radioactive jewels from the village of the imp-like Pix and during the attack, Slob mostly sat around and ate. When the heroic X-Babies arrived to rescue the Pix, Slob ran to attack some of the X-Babies, only to get stuck in a doorway due to his immense size. The X-Babies Cyke and Boyo then teamed up to down the trapped Slob and Slob later joined the Brotherhood in departing the scene. Slob was later present as a contestant on Funhouse's Murderworld game show and was captured by Funhouse as a hostage to force the X-Babies to return as contestants. When an army of X-Babies arrived to rescue those captured as part of the show, Slob fled the scene with the rest of the Brotherhood.

Slob had the ability to become totally immovable at will.

--Pint-Sized X-Babies: Murderama#1

Snaggletooth

Like all of the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies, Snaggletooth was created from neoplasm to be a childlike rival to the X-Babies, in this case mirroring Earth's Sabretooth. As part of the Brotherhood, Snaggletooth was tasked with acquiring radioactive jewels from the village of the imp-like Pix and he acted as an enforcer as Mysti Q acquired one of the jewels. When the heroic X-Babies arrived to rescue the Pix, Wolvie leaped into battle against Snaggletooth and the two exchanges some fierce attacks and insults before Magneato ultimately ordered the Brotherhood to depart the scene. Snaggletooth was later present as a contestant on Funhouse's Murderworld game show, where he bit the electrical wires leading to the X-Babies' on-stage buzzer during the final round in an effort to sabotage their victory. He was subsequently captured by Funhouse as a hostage to force the X-Babies to return as contestants. When an army of X-Babies arrived to rescue those captured as part of the show, Snaggletooth fled the scene with the rest of the Brotherhood.

Snaggletooth had superhuman senses and razor-sharp claws and teeth.

--Pint-Sized X-Babies: Murderama#1

Toadpole

Like all of the Brotherhood of Mutant Bullies, Toadpole was created from neoplasm to be a childlike rival to the X-Babies, in this case mirroring Earth's Toad. As part of the Brotherhood, the sniveling Toadpole accompanied his teammates in an attack on the imp-like Pix's village, where he remained by Juggernut's side until the Brotherhood departed the scene. Toadpole was later present as a contestant on Funhouse's Murderworld game show and was captured by Funhouse as a hostage to force the X-Babies to return as contestants. When an army of X-Babies arrived to rescue those captured as part of the show, Toadpole fled the scene with the rest of the Brotherhood.

Toadpole had a superhuman leaping ability.
