BIOCRAFT
Classification: Terrestrial technology
Creator: Arnim Zola
User/Possessors: Arnim Zola
First Appearance: Avengers Annual I#13 (1984)
Powers/Abilities/Functions: The biocraft was a biological structure which could alter its appearance to seem as though it were crafted from metal. The exterior of the biocraft could also disguise itself to seem as though it were made of rock so it could blend into its surroundings. The interior of the biocraft could also be reshaped by Zola's control rod to form shapes such as a heavy blunt object. The biocraft was capable of flight and contained instruments which Anim Zola used to project his consciousness out of his body and into others of his creations.

History:
(Avengers Annual I#13) - Attempting to pilfer the secrets of Dr. Bruce Banner from Northwind Observatory, Zola send his eratsz Hulk bio-constructs to access the facility while he controlled them from his biocraft. The Beast and members of the Avengers and Fantastic Four opposed Zola and while his mind was inhabiting one of his creations inside of Northwind, Hank Pym found the location of the biocraft and directed the Avengers' Captain Marvel (Monica Rambeau) there. Captain Marvel generated energy through the equipment Zola was using to animate his constructs and it overloaded the system, destroying all of the constructs inside of Northwind.

Zola's consciousness returned to his body inside the biocraft. Seeing Captain Marvel, he used his control rod to form a blunt object in the biocraft's ceiling and strike her. However, by then Thor was assaulting the biocraft from outside, striking it with his hammer. Although the biocraft would rebuild itself after each blow, Zola decided to depart and took to the sky, casting Captain Marvel out of an opening in the biocraft. However, in the tumult some of Zola's eratsz Hulks were accidentally activated inside of the biocraft and mindlessly attacked Zola; they caused the biocraft to crash and landed in the Pepacton reservoir, where it exploded. Only a few bits of attered bio-matter were found where the biocraft crashed.
