History:
(Superior#1 (fb) - BTS) - Abraxas apparently committed genocide on his homeworld (except, of course, for him).

(Superior#1 (fb) - BTS) - After seemingly killing Superior by dropping him in volcano, Abraxas apparently targeted Dr. Klein. abraxas-1220-face-wrist

(Superior#1 - BTS) - Susie Lee called Dr. Klein and left a message warning him that Abraxas was coming him and that he was the last hope they had: He needed to detonate the Pulse before it was too late.

(Superior#1) - Abraxas interrupted her, telling her it was already too late. He told her that the doctor was dead, Superior was dead, and that now he was going to burn the Earth, just like he had murdered his homeworld, and just like he was murdering her. As she raced out of her car, Abraxas fired a blast that blew it up. Abraxas spoke through his wrist-communicator, telling whoever to activate the Annihilator and prepare his ship as there was nothing there of any interest now.

However, as the flames died down, it was clear that Superior had arrived and protected her. Abraxas commented, "Impossible," and Superior replied, "Not in my vocabulary," before punching Abraxas back and then hurling an empty subway train into him while quipping, "Heads up...you don't want to miss your train." abraxas-1220-full

Superior subsequently told Abraxas that he should have done his homework, as Earth's atmosphere made him completely indestructible. He asked Abraxas if he really thought he was going to kill him by dropping him in a volcano, and Abraxas replied, "Not at all. Hence the back-up plan..."

...and, as its immense form arrived, Abraxas said, "I believe you've met the Annihilator...the monster who destroyed your native planet!"

(Superior#1 - BTS) - On Earth-1219, events based on this confrontation between Superior and Abraxas were shown in the movie Superior 5, starring Tad Scott as Superior.

Some background on Superior, courtesy of Loki, who suggested this Abraxas as an option to represent Superior's characters and stories:

Superior is another Millarworld title. It takes place on Earth-1219, same as 1985, Kick Ass, etc. The main character gains the power to transform into his favorite fictional movie superhero, Superior - and though it's not stated in the miniseries, the "real" Superior is in the neighboring alternate reality that is also home to Supercrooks, which is important to know should you choose any of the movie characters to cover.

The movie version is the reality of Supercrooks (Earth-1220) - there's a panel in Big Game#5 depicting the arrival of heroes from that reality to help fight the villainous Fraternity of Earth-1219, and Superior is visible in the crowd, alongside a hero from Supercrooks.
