History:
(Marvel Team-Up I#49 (fb) - BTS) - Police officer Tim was partnered with a young Brian DeWolff, who was fresh out of the police academy. They patrolled the streets in Car 17.

(Marvel Team-Up I#49 (fb)) - During one night on patrol, Car 17 received a police communication about a disturbance near the South Street Seaport that requested police support. Brian remarked that the communication was meant for them and Tim replied that it was probably another protest rally as they drove off towards the Seaport. Unaware that the communication was actually a trap, Tim and Brian's car was hit from two sides by cars driven by criminals, causing it to topple over. From the wreckage, Brian reached over to check on Tim but found him dead as five criminals exited the cars to confront Brian. Brian fired five shots from his police issue gun, killing four of the criminals. A subsequent police investigation found the bodies of the four criminals and Tim but no sign of Brian.

(Marvel Team-Up I#49 - BTS) - Some time later, Det. Jean DeWolff related the story of her brother Brian and Tim's death to the heroic Iron Man and Spider-Man, revealing her brother's disappearance and how she graduated from police academy herself to head up the investigation into Brian's disappearance.

    Given Tim's accent, I'd bet money that he was of Irish descent.

    The only image we see of Tim's eyes show him squinting, making it impossible to determine Tim's eye color.
