Powers/Abilities: "Spider-Ma'am" presumably has the same powers as Spider-Ma'am of Earth-3123 including superhuman strength, agility, the ability to cling to solid surfaces and a danger-warning Spider-Sense.
She was seen shooting webbing from her wrists but
whether this is accomplished organically as a superhuman power or
artificially via mechanical web-shooters remains to be seen.

History:
(Spider-Verse III#2)
- Earth-22221's "Spider-Ma'am" was among the Multiversal counterparts of Earth-3123's
Spider-Ma'am who helped open an interdimensional portal to defeat the insane May
Parker of Earth-20143 by firing a line of webbing at the same spot as
numerous other May counterparts. Since
the May Parker counterparts were unable to communicate with each
other across their realities, they all chose the
heart logo of Sweetheart's Cafe, as it reminded them of their love for
their family and the combined focused shock across multiple realities
opened a portal that banished Earth-20143's May back to her own reality.
"Spider-Ma'am"'s physical
stats are based on May Parker of Earth-616.
The costume worn by this
"Spider-Ma'am" counterpart is likely representative of something but I
am unsure what.

The only image of "Spider-Ma'am" is colored in a pinkish hue so it's unclear if that is the true coloring of her costume. --Proto-Man
"Spider-Ma'am"'s
origin was never revealed so it's unknown how she acquired her powers
but one could presume she was somehow mutated like many other
Spider-Ma'am counterparts. --Proto-Man
