History:
(Amazing Adventures II#2) - After Maximus launched a missile attack on Attilan in which he implicated the Fantastic Four, Triton sought Maximus out at his tropical island of exile. Apprehending Maximus so he could be forced to admit his part in assaulting Attilan, Triton restrained Maximus inside a Sea Sled he'd brought with him, then strapped the Sea Sled to his back and swam toward Attilan with his prisoner.
