Powers/Abilities: Highly-intelligent and analytic, Nolor was experienced in analyzing cosmic/spatial phenomena.

He ordered a number of guards to gather their psionics and use mind-thrust to subdue Klobok, but it is uncertain whether he can perform the mind-thrust himself.

Although some Rigellians are known to be able to alter their physical densities in order to grant themselves superhuman strength and durability, it is not clear if this is due to a psionic ability or mentally-controlled technology.
Regardless, Nolor did not demonstrate this ability.

He had access to the advanced equipment aboard the Rigellian Deep Space Survey Vessel KJ31227 and command of a number of soldiers/security agents, although

History:

(Annihilators#1) - Aboard the Rigellian Deep Space Survey Vessel KJ31227, Auditor Nolor and an unidentified Recorder assessed the former location of the Fault. The Recorder noted that while the Fault had closed, an afterimage of its unique transdimensional energies remained quite marked. Nolor replied that this was as they had predicted: "One does not tear a hole between universes and expect it to heal instantly and invisibly."

The Recorder further stated that their pinpoint survey of the region would provide the Grand Commissioners with unprecedented data about interdimensional energetics. It continued that the data would teach them new truths about the the way space and time may be folded, interwoven or even cut: New technologies of travel and spatial manipulation would become possible.

Auditor Nolor continued the discussion, noting that, if nothing else, they may learn how to stop something like the Fault from ever happening again. He asserted, "Space should not be ripped open. Universes should not meet." And, he concluded that at least the abominable war with the Cancerverse had taught them that.

However, they were interrupted by the arrival of the Skrull Klobok (posing as the Dire Wraith Dr. Dredd) who used his power as a living cutting edge to breach the ship's shields. When Nolor asked how he had gotten aboard his ship, "Dr. Dredd" told him that, like a blade, he had made his own path. "Dredd" ignored Nolor's insistence that he get away from the ship's databanks, claiming to merely be seeking knowledge, specifically how to cut space. Nolor ordered his troops to seize "Dr. Dredd," but a quartet of Rigellians lacerated their hands upon trying to touch him.nolor-rigellian-face-alarmed

After Nolor instructed the other Rigellians not to touch him but to instead gather their psionics and use their mind-thrust to subdue him, "Dredd" mockingly reached for Nolor, noting that he had thought they were going to be friends.

(Annihilators - BTS) - Klobok most likely slew Nolor and possibly everyone on the ship, and he may or may not have destroyed the Recorder and/or the ship, as well.

Comments: Created by Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning and Andrea DiVito.

This is the first instance I've seen to Grand Commissioners, as opposed to a single Grand Commissioner. See that profile for further discussion.

Check out the Koblor profile to see what he did with the information he gathered from Nolor's ship.

Per Wikipedia: An auditor is a person or a firm appointed by a company to execute an audit. An auditor is responsible for determining the level of accuracy and clarity that a company has accounted for in its financial records. To act as an auditor, a person should be certified by the regulatory authority of accounting and auditing or possess certain specified qualifications.
Nolor also at least appeared to be the commander of his vessel.
