Powers/Abilities: Klobok was a learned scholar, scientist and skilled sorcerer who was passionate about restoring the Skrull race to their former glory. Like other Skrulls, he had shape-shifting abilities, although he seemed to only use the human form of the banished Dire Wraith, Dr. Dredd. He had gained the power to be a living cutting edge as a personal force field, as well as the ability to cut space-time on a much larger scale.
(Annihilators#4/1 (fb)) - Klobok was a scholar who researched the arcane traditions long renounced by his fellow Skrulls. Super-Skrull enforcers of the science caste brutalized him and he was sent to a penal colony and thus saved from the destruction of the Skrull homeworld by Galactus. The Annihilation War then came and the penal planet was demolished, but Klobok escaped. Realizing his species was close to extinction, he returned to his studies, researching the Dire Wraiths, an offshoot of Skrulls who had embraced sorcery. Klobok was able to summon the spirit of the Wraith Dr. Dredd, learning more magic from him, later assuming his identity for his plan to return the Dire Wraiths, pulling their planet Wraithworld from Limbo, and transform them into Skrulls.
(Annihilators#1/1) - As Dr. Dredd, Klobok appeared on board the bridge of a Rigellian space vessel gathering data on the Fault that tore between universes. Klobok gathered their data to learn how to cut space. His personal shield of a cutting edge sliced apart the limbs of the Rigellians who reached to stop him.
(Annihilators#3/1 (fb)) - Klobok brought Dire Wraith queen Volx to Galador, capturing a guard that the Wraith Queen spiked and took on his identity, soon manipulating the Galadorian queen to consider the return of Dire Wraiths to restore the nobility of the Spaceknights.
(Annihilators#1/1) - Klobok arrived on the Keep, the Galadorian stronghold guarding the Dark Nebula, which shrouded the Black Sun that could return the Dire Wraiths' sorcerous powers. The Annihilators stormed in but were too late to stop "Dr. Dredd" using his interdimensional knowledge to let the Black Sun's light in. Klobok's razor shield even cut the Silver Surfer.
(Annihilators#2/1) - Quasar contained "Dr. Dredd" in a quantum cage, but the disguised Skrull was able to cut through and generated a portal that took him to Galador, which was under attack by Hellhounds and Deathwings of the Dire Wraiths as the Black Sun pushed through the rip. The Annihilators pursued "Dr. Dredd"; Ronan used his Universal Weapon to neutralize Klobok's razor power and knocked him out.
(Annihilators#3/1) - One of the Klobok's aides, disguised as a Spaceknight, helped "Dr. Dredd" escape detention. Klobok and his four fellow Skrull sorcerers retreated and observed via a scrying pool the Annihilators battle Immortus' legions in Limbo, pleased that their plans to restore the Skrulls' former power were becoming realized.
(Annihilators#4/1) - To maintain cosmic balance, the Annihilators helped bring Wraithworld out of Limbo into the material universe. There, Klobok unleashed Deathwings, Hellhounds and Watchwraiths to distract the Annihilators as he begun his spells to transform all the Dire Wraiths into Skrulls. However, the Annihilators instead forced Klobok to divert his powers to contain them, allowing Volx to get close and pierce the Skrull with her tongue spike. Klobok's spell unraveled, restoring the Dire Wraiths, as Volx and Klobok disappeared with the sundered magic.
