Powers/Abilities/Functions: The N.A.P. (Noiseless Air Personnel vehicle) is a one-man hovercraft vehicle. The dashboard of the vehicle includes a radio communication device and a radar screen.
History:
(Strange Tales I#149) - Jasper Sitwell made use of the N.A.P. in order to silently monitor A.I.M.'s Count Royale from a distance. Just as Sitwell was reporting to S.H.I.E.L.D. from the N.A.P. about Royale's present location at an A.I.M. base, the base suddenly exploded, halting Sitwell's investigation.
