Powers/Abilities: As a vampire, Leslie had superhuman strength (likely lifting around 1000 lbs.) and required regular blood meals to survive.

    Further, feeding on a human victim would turn that victim into a vampire, depending on the extent of the feeding and other circumstances.

    Those she vampirized may or may not have been subservient to her.

    She presumably had the standard vampire vulnerabilities, such as to sunlight, a wooden stake through the heart, religious icons, garlic, and silver.

    When fully fed, she could likely heal rapidly from non-fatal wounds. 

    She may or may not have been able to transform into a normal-sized or giant bat or into a wolf or mist.

History:
(Avengers VII#32 - BTS) - After Dracula established a new vampire kingdom in Pripyat, the city near Chernobyl, Ukraine. numerous vampires flocked there.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade (fb) - BTS) - Leslie and other younger vampires were drawn to Dahlia, who -- despite being over 100 years old -- had a gift for making alliances with the younger vampires.

(Avengers VII#45 - BTS) / Death of Dr. Strange: Blade (fb) - BTS) - After Dracula consented to having Blade live in the Vampire Nation as its sheriff, Dahlia considered that that made Dracula look weak.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade - BTS) - In Pripyat, the vampires celebrated the apparent death of Dr. Stephen Strange. 

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - As Leslie, Dahlia, Amir, and another unidentified young vampire taunted Blade, Dracula appeared, noting that he tolerated Dahlia's rudeness because she had not yet broken any of his laws and reminding her that while she and his other Vampire Council members had uses, her friends were not on the council; this caused both Leslie and Amir to gulp in panic. When Dahlia suggested that Dracula could not fight the entire council, Dracula asked if she would rather threaten him or his sheriff. Avoiding this, Dahlia decided she was done with that scene and decided to depart to find another party, and Leslie, Amir, and their other friend followed her.

The city was later assaulted by extradimensional vampires, and Blade and the Dracula's bodyguard slew all but one of the invaders, Fio'ri (a youth whom the other invaders had allegedly captured). Acknowledging that she had recently become a dungeon guard, Dracula had Leslie escort the youth to the prison, appreciating that he was showing Dahlia how even her groupies would jump at his call.

    At a party the following night, Dracula had Leslie bring in Fio'ri, and she grabbed him by the shoulder and pushed down, telling him, "kneel, creepo." When Blade eventually refused to allow any further "trial" of the seemingly innocent Fio'ri and threatened Dracula and his guards if they challenged him, Dahlia attacked Blade until Dracula subdued her. Dracula then had Leslie and another guard take Dahlia and Fio'ri away.

    In the dungeon, when Fio'ri asked Dahlia what if they put her rage to good use, Dahlia turned and paused to hear what the alien was saying. Leslie started to warn Dahlia about what Dracula would do if she didn't get the "weirdo" in the cell, but then Fio'ri mocking asked if she was scared as he amplified the fears of Leslie and the other guard to the point of incapacitating them.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade (fb) - BTS) - Blade and Dracula were summoned to the dungeon...

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - ...where they found Leslie and the other guard shaking and blubbering in fear, helpless.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade - BTS) - Dracula and Blade destroyed the Fio'ri-empowered Dahlia and Fio'ri, respectively.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - Amir -- seeking vengeance for Dahlia and Leslie -- attacked and was destroyed by Blade.

    I would think it likely that Leslie and the Nosferatu-esque vampire would have eventually recovered from Fio'ri's empathic assault, but who knows?

This vampire had the white-skinned, bald, pointed ear appearance of the Nosferati vampires. He worked in the dungeon of Pripyat.      He presumably had the standard vampire powers and limitations (as detailed in Leslie's abilities section).
