History:
(Barbie#63 (fb) - BTS) - Jenny Larson joined her
family on a camping trip near hiking trails in mountainous countryside.
Her father used this opportunity to help with his geology teaching.
They camped in a tent near a river.
(Barbie#63) - Jenny and her older brother found a
piece of smoky quartz for their father and waited patiently while he
took photos of unusual rock formations. Their pet dog Rusty ran off, so
Troy went to find the dog and told Jenny to stay with their father. She
chose to look for Rusty instead and found him first, paddling happily
in the river near the tent. Rusty refused to leave, so cautious Jenny
tied a rubber raft to a tree and went into the rough water and
successfully lured him into the boat. Troy saw Jenny was in trouble as
she tried to pull on the rope to go back to the riverbank, but the rope
snapped and the rubber raft was quickly pulled down the river's fast
current. The super-powered trio of Barbie, Kira and Teresa chanced upon
the scene. Kira and Teresa stopped dangerous obstacles falling from a
landslide onto the raft and the sparkling Barbie safely caught Jenny as
she fell over a waterfall. Jenny was rejoined with her worried brother
and dog. Barbie flew off and soon found their father, and the family
were happily reunited again.

Rusty was the Larson family's playful dog. He was taken along for the country trip but enjoyed playing in the river too much. Rusty wandered out into the river and young Jenny Larson tried to rescue him in a rubber raft, but was instead caught up in the wild current. Rusty was rescued alongside Jenny by the super-powered Barbie, Kira and Teresa, and returned to her worried family.
