History:
(It's a Duck's Life#9/9 (fb) - BTS) - Killer Katt
committed many crimes and was sent to prison but escaped and scored a
handgun. A reward for $1000 (equal to about $13,000 in 2025) was
quickly posted.

Katt stood near a Wanted poster of himself, aggressively looking for
trouble, and found the children Montgomery and Marvin passing by;
Montgomery had just received a Junior G-Man kit for his birthday. Katt
bullied the boys and declared they knew his secret that he was a wanted
criminal, so he forced them into a car and drove them into the
countryside to execute them as witnesses. But Montgomery used his G-Man
kit, blowing the whistle, making Katt thinking there was a tyre
puncture. He stopped the car to inspect and the boys unsuccessfully
tried to flee. Montgomery tricked Katt into putting both his hands into
the G-Man kit box where he unwittingly got stuck in handcuffs. The boys
managed to return Katt to the police for the reward (but Montgomery was
fined the same amount for impersonating a G-Man!).
