Powers/Abilities: The Elder Dragon construct
existed as a being composed of electrical energy and its physical form
was created with tough, scaly skin, sharp claws, horns and teeth and
leathery wings. Modeled after the fictional video game characters from
the Skyscrolls video game,
the Elder Dragon construct was also created with the same weakness to
electricity that its video game counterparts suffered from. Otherwise,
it was superhumanly strong, sufficient to smash its way through large
brick walls, and it could regenerate almost immediately from any
physical damage to its form. It could also breathe fire and appeared to
be able to alter its size to a small degree such as adjusting its size
to fit that of its opponents (see
comments).
Height: Variable
Weight: Variable
Eyes: White (no visible irises)
Hair: None
History:
(Marvel Rising: Squirrel
Girl & Ms. Marvel#1) - After fleeing superheroes Ms. Marvel and
Inferno, the electrical construct-generating Emulator hid in an
alleyway and left a new construct, the Elder Dragon, on a rooftop to
cause destruction. When Inferno and Ms. Marvel followed the trail of
destruction to the Elder Dragon, the Dragon smashed through a brick
wall to attack Ms. Marvel but Inferno flew and shoulder charged the
electrical dragon. Ms. Marvel warned Inferno to be careful but the
self-assured Inferno announced that he was easily burning his way
through the Elder Dragon. Inferno then literally burned his way through
the Elder Dragon, hitting a lamppost behind the dragon and dazing
himself. The Dragon immediately healed itself and Ms. Marvel rescued
Inferno before engaging the Dragon herself in an effort to determine
its weakness. When Ms. Marvel punched the Dragon, it retaliated by
hitting her with its tail, prompting Inferno to reveal to Ms. Marvel
that the Elder Dragon was emulated from the dragons in the Skyscrolls video game that were
weak to electricity. As the battle progressed, the Elder Dragon was
knocked into the Empire State University science building, where
Emulator was stealing the focusing lens from a large ultrasonic imaging
device. Almost as soon as the Dragon crashed into the building, scaring
Emulator, the heroic America Chavez arrived from a portal to attack the
Elder Dragon, shattering it down into its electrical components. Squirrel Girl
arrived on the scene soon after and noted how the three other heroes
had made short work of the Elder Dragon, commenting on how she liked
dragons.
