History:
(Count Duckula#1/1 (fb) - BTS) - There was little
variety in the diet of Attlia the Hen's village in Outer Mongolia.
Their general knowledge and weaponry was basic.
(Count Duckula#1/1) - In Transylvania, the newly
resurrected vampire Count Duckula, mistakenly made a vegetarian, was
keen for adventure. His assistant Igor guided him to the mystic coffin,
which could transport Castle Duckula to any spoken location with a wall
clock providing a timer for automatic return at dawn to safeguard the
vampire, yet also protecting him in daylight in a far away location
while the timer was activated. Duckula humorously quipped Outer
Mongolia and the castle landed there, near Attila's village. Duckula,
Igor and Nanny admired the view from a window, but Attila roped Duckula's neck and
dragged him down. Attila called them sky castle demons and had her
armed hen-chmen march the trio to the village at spear-point, where
they were put in a cauldron to be slowly cooked alive for her village
dinner. Vampire hunter Dr. Von Goosewing had mistakenly jaunted with
the castle and was taunted by Duckula into releasing them; they then
all fled to Castle Duckula for refuge. Attila saw her prisoners
escaping and gave chase with her hen-chmen, but the castle
automatically teleported back home. Attila couldn't stop in time and
fell off the cliff.

In this adventure, Count Duckula's mystic coffin did not transport through time, it only teleported, so Attila was a contemporary of Duckula.
You'd think it rare, but she has hen's teeth.
Attila the Hen is, of course, very loosely based on
the ancient Eurasian leader Attila the Hun from the 5th Century, A.D. (first seen in Marvel in All Winners Comics#8)
