Powers/Abilities: Ahmet was a mutant who possesses telekinesis. At one time he was seen combining his powers with the telepathy of Melek to destroy power lines from a long distance. Beside this, Ahmet physical mutation gave him blue skin and an additional set of arms.

History:
(District X I#9 - BTS) - Shunned by society due to his physical mutation, the mutant known as Ahmet chose to live alongside the underground misfits the Tunnel Rats. The subterranean society of misfits preferred their own way of life away from prying eyes in the old subway tunnels of New York although living close to District X or more commonly known as Mutant Town, a New York city neighborhood inhabited by X-Gene positive residents.
(District X I#8 - BTS) - Appalled by the fact a society of mutants chose to live in the sewers, especially with children, the city of New York worked to break up their homes and relocate the families. Their efforts, however, were in vain as welfare services would regularly break up families and relocate their children. As such spokesperson of the Tunnel Rats, Melek decided to take a stand. To show the city of New York they would fight back explosives near power lines were detonated, plunging the city into a blackout.
(District X I#9) - Their message, however, seemed in vain as the transit police appeared once again to destroy several homes of the Tunnel Rats. Enraged by the news, Melek called upon Ahmet. Surrounded by the Tunnel Rats, Ahmet and Melek combined their telepathy and telekinesis to work some long-distance sabotage and destroy more power lines that were closer to the surface. Their efforts were successful as the city was once again plunged into darkness.

It's been unrevealed if the Tunnel Rats are part of the Morlocks community. We do know that the Tunnel Rats lived close to the surface as the transit police would regularly break up their homes while the Morlocks lived much deeper below the surface.
Ahmet wasn't seen when Bishop later persuaded several of the Tunnel Rats to leave the old subway tunnels. While some joined Bishop others chose to venture further into the tunnels.
