History:
(Strange Tales I#135/Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. I#4) - Agent C was a Hydra operative working for one of Hydra's section leaders who had been charged with arranging the assassination of Nick Fury before he could be recruited into Hydra's rival organization, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent C rode a motorcycle and followed the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who was escorting Fury aboard a modified Porsche 904. The agent evaded or slew each of the Hydra operatives who were sent to kill Fury and finally shifted the Porsche into flight mode. Realizing all of their efforts had failed, Agent C removed his helmet and reported to his section leader that Fury had escaped them, meaning the operation was a failure.
