History: BTS - Born in France, Nicolette went on to become an international Game Warden, specializing in tracking down ringleaders of the illegal exotic bird trade. Few people have reached her level of success at her job.

(Iron Man III#22) - While tracking some illegal trappers in Northern Australia, Nicolette hears the silent call emanating from the depths of a nearby cave. She enters the cave and finds the lost Temple of Watoomb. She finds and enters the Waterfall of Watoomb with the words "Yes... I am here... we are one" Later, alongside Decay, comes to take Carnivore off with them...

(Peter Parker Spider-Man II#11) - Tempest is one of the Exemplars present in the basement of the Daily Bugle.

(Juggernaut: Eight Day) - Awaits the completion of the "God Machine", along with the other Exemplars. When Stonecutter finishes it, they bring it to the North Pole, while there, Inferno confides in her how much he hates the cold, but Tempest answered back "I, for one, am grateful to be closer to such raw nature."

(Juggernaut: Eight Day/Avengers III#25 (fb) ) - When Juggernaut began to attack the Exemplars, Tempest was attacked by Thor

(Juggernaut: Eight Day) - After their defeat, Tempest vanishes along with the rest of the Exemplars.

BTS - Tempest is reunited with her fellow Exemplars.

(Avengers III#24) - Inside the stone plaza built by Stonecutter, Tempest brings flowers and plants. Angered by Decay destroying them, she attacks him. Later, along with the other Exemplars, appears before the Avengers and kidnaps Juggernaut.

(Avengers III#25) - Back at the stone plaza, Tempest awaits the execution of the traitor Juggernaut, and the great battle between the Exemplars that will follow. Suddenly, this is all disrupted by an attack from the Avengers, Spider-Man and Nova. In the end, Tempest and the rest of the Exemplars are successful in defeating the heroes, except for Captain America, but is defeated herself when Captain America manages to persuade Bedlam to turn against her partners; Tempest vanishes.

SECRET WAR HAPPENED

(Black Knight III#2) - The Exemplars returned and were stopped by the Avengers Unity Squad. They were all shocked when Black Knight apparently slew Carnivore with the Ebony Blade.
