Powers/Abilities: Queen Kalthea commanded the primitive armies of her homeworld.

History: (Tales of Suspense I#56/2)- Queen Kalthea's people were assaulted by a band of barbarians, and she remained on the battlefield during the clashes to inspire her men to victory. She was witnessed by Uatu the Watcher, who was instantly attracted to her. When Uatu saw her forces becoming overwhelmed, and Kalthea's life threatened, he suddenly appeared before the barbarians, frightening them with his appearance, and causing them to retreat. Kalthea thanked Uatu and offered him her hand in marriage, but Uatu spurned her, as he was unable to break his Watcher's oath.

Queen Kalthea is not only the one woman to ever find Uatu attractive, but probably the only person to find any Watcher attractive.

Kalthea was identified as a member of the Quist race in OHotMU I#5 in a list on Humanoid Aliens. The Quist are also the race of Lucifer and Dominus.
