Powers/Abilities: Uncertain, but presumably vastly powerful. He appears to make up all that could be seen within an immense chamber or possibly within a pocket dimension.

History: Unrevealed.
(Death's Head Gold#0 (fb) - BTS) - According to precognitive Phaedra, Psyphon is the destiny of Death's Head, whom she had also predicted would one day "rule a galaxy and there will be a thousand years of peace." To this end, Death's Head somehow navigated the spiral of probability vortices to confront Psyphon.

(Death's Head Gold#0) - As Death's Head appeared in the Bewilderness, Psyphon asked him for what purpose he had come. When Death's told him of Phaedra's prediction, Pysphon responded:
    "I am old, child. I do not remember being you, or traveling here in my distant past. Tell me the events that brought you to me so that I may best ascertain your predicament, and decide upon a course of action."

Death's Head related to Psyphon his activities on Catspaw, involving Heron, Noon, Cicatrice, etc.

Alas, Death's Head Gold was intended to be a trilogy, but issues #2 and #3 never came out. As is, the image above shows every bit of information covered on the published Psyphon. Our own Changeling contacted the author, Liam Sharp, to glean what further info he could:

• Re. Death's head Gold, it's so long ago I can't remember much of what we had planned! Dan Abnett was going to script issue 2 and I was going to do 3. Tuck was seduced by a female Cycatrice, as I recall (quite risqué at the time!) but this happened in the past...
• Death's Head ultimately becomes a god. He meets his future self in the third part. This was also shown in the prologue which was four pages in the regular series. It had a fancy blue metallic cover, I recall, and was a flip book.
• Sadly I don't have anything written down. Dan and I worked the story up over a few drunken evenings, but we never got to the scripting stage.
