History: (Captain America I#346)- Mist Mistress joined the Resistants in setting free Mentallo as he was being led to the Vault by the Guardsmen. After Crucible stopped the vehicle, Mist Mistress created an acid to eat into their truck, then partially melted the armor of a Guardsman she found inside. They then brought Mentallo to their base in Death Valley, where they welcomed him to their ranks

Mist Mistress then joined the Resistants in an attempt to free Quicksilver from a courtroom in Carson City, Nevada. However, Mentallo learned that it was a trap set by Freedom Force, and Meteorite bombed the courtroom with a giant rock. The Resistants were then attacked by Captain America, and Mist Mistress was frightened by the violence; she finally tried to bring him down with knock-out gas, but he only feigned unconsciousness long enough in order to strike her down with his shield.

(Captain America I#368)- Mist Mistress later joined the Resistants in a rally at Washington D.C., outside of the Capitol building. They were joined by a robot duplicate of Magneto controlled by Machinesmith, who assaulted them in the hopes of attracting the attention of the real Magneto. They were ultimately saved by Captain America.

(New Avengers#16-19 - BTS) - She lost her powers on M-Day and the energies removed from her were combined with a number of other mutant energies to empower the powerful being Michael.
