Real name and origins unknown. Bloodbath was a mercenary through and through, and he cared about nothing else besides himself and getting his paycheck. He was vicious and bloodthirsty, and willing to sacrifice anything else that got in his way. He accompanied Bruut to get new Theta victim, Timothy Halloran. Although initially being stunned by Mustang, he managed to take Halloran, nearly sacrificing Bruut and then leaving him behind, and killing Halloran's mother in the process. When Bruut tried to teach him a lesson for his betrayal, he dropped him with a single punch.
Later, he tried to rape the captured Tinsel, who used her powers to blind him. Nonetheless, he tracked her by hearing and blew her away. When Ghoul came to take revenge on him, he hacked the Exile to pieces--which did nothing to stop him. Ghoul finally managed to blow a hole in his chest, killing him, and absorbed his life energies and soul as he died.
The cover of Exiles#2 had a banner:
Not sure what that was all about...

Real name and origins unknown. He accompanied Bloodbath on the mission to bring in the new Theta victim, Timothy Halloran. They were opposed by the Exiles Catapult and Mustang, and Bruut took grabbed Mrs. Halloran by the neck, threatening to kill her if the Exiles didn't back off. Bloodbath knocked Mustang into the pool of water at their feet, knowing Mustang's electrical powers would fry the group of them. The current knocked Bruut out briefly, but his hand spasmed, snapping Mrs. Halloran's neck. Bloodbath escaped with Halloran, and Bruut soon recovered, and escaped, shrugging off a hail of gunfire, another electric blast, and a thrown police car. Upon returning to Visionary Productions, he tried to punish Bloodbath for abandoning him, but Bloodbath dropped him with a single punch in the face. He tried to stop Ghoul's rampage inside Kort's building, but Ghoul blasted out the floor beneath him and sent him falling all the way to the basement. As such, it's quite possible that he survived when Ghoul then blew up Visionary Productions, as the explosion seemed to center on the top floors.
Bruut is the big, strong, and dumb type: He could take a lickin' and keep on tickin'. He could lift somewhere b/t 25-75 tons.
As mentioned in the letter page in Exiles#3: Bloodbath and Bruut look like a pair of Rob Liefeld rejects.

Roxanne. A woman mutated into monstrous form under unknown circumstances, she served as one of Kort's most loyal and efficient agents. She simply followed orders and acted directly, without engaging in wordplay or games. She assisted in the termination of the Supreme Soviet for Kort, and captured Tinsel and Ghoul for him when the Exiles assaulted his building. She was an hand to oppose Ghoul, but was blasted into a wall by him, and was presumably killed when he blew up Visionary Productions.
She had a form composed of molten rock, granting her great strength and durability, as well as a burning touch. Her mental capacity was quite limited, and it was all she could manage to speak and follow direct orders.

Fyodor Tostavich. He is a Soviet warrior of unknown origin. Kort sent he and several Cybernoids to capture the new Theta virus victim, Amber Hunt. He was opposed by a contingent of the Exiles, inlcuding Deadeye, Tinsel, and Trax. He held his own against the Exiles, even wounding Trax, but Deadeye bound his ankles with a bola, causing him to lose control of his boot jets and to crash into a building. By the time he recovered, the Exiles had escaped. Upon returning to Kort, he blamed the Cybernoids for the failure, and demanded his check. Kort, instead had Hot Rox throw him into a containment tank where he was exposed to the Theta virus. The virus caused him to grow immensely in size and strength, and he burst forth from the tank, intent on taking vengeance on Kort. However, within seconds, the process caused his body to degenerate, and he collapsed as a desiccated corpse.
Tostavich apparently had superhuman strength and durability, could fire energy blasts from his hands, and fly via boot jets. He was a reasonably skilled combatant, but his arrogance proved his undoing.
