Hot Rox

Roxanne. A woman mutated into monstrous form under unknown circumstances, she served as one of Kort's most loyal and efficient agents. She simply followed orders and acted directly, without engaging in wordplay or games. She assisted in the termination of the Supreme Soviet for Kort, and captured Tinsel and Ghoul for him when the Exiles assaulted his building. She was an hand to oppose Ghoul, but was blasted into a wall by him, and was presumably killed when he blew up Visionary Productions.

She had a form composed of molten rock, granting her great strength and durability, as well as a burning touch. Her mental capacity was quite limited, and it was all she could manage to speak and follow direct orders.

Supreme Soviet

Fyodor Tostavich. He is a Soviet warrior of unknown origin. Kort sent he and several Cybernoids to capture the new Theta virus victim, Amber Hunt. He was opposed by a contingent of the Exiles, inlcuding Deadeye, Tinsel, and Trax. He held his own against the Exiles, even wounding Trax, but Deadeye bound his ankles with a bola, causing him to lose control of his boot jets and to crash into a building. By the time he recovered, the Exiles had escaped. Upon returning to Kort, he blamed the Cybernoids for the failure, and demanded his check. Kort, instead had Hot Rox throw him into a containment tank where he was exposed to the Theta virus. The virus caused him to grow immensely in size and strength, and he burst forth from the tank, intent on taking vengeance on Kort. However, within seconds, the process caused his body to degenerate, and he collapsed as a desiccated corpse.

Tostavich apparently had superhuman strength and durability, could fire energy blasts from his hands, and fly via boot jets. He was a reasonably skilled combatant, but his arrogance proved his undoing.
