History:
(Punisher II#65 (fb) - BTS) - The Kingpin commissioned Chauffard to serve as the transport in his plot to use the English Channel Tunnel (Chunnel) to unite the European crime organizations under his control. Snakebite was to lead the mission to slay the lieutenants of the crime organizations while the heads of said organizations were en route to the meeting with the Kingpin.

(Punisher II#65) - In Paris, Chauffard was introduced to his new allies, Batroc, Rapido, and Snakebite. He then flew them to a mission to kill Phillipe Delon in Vosges, Western France. They completed this assassination successfully, but were then confronted by Punisher and Morgan Sinclair. The two groups fought, and Chauffard shot down Castle and Sinclair's helicopter.

(Punisher II#66) - Chauffard flew Snakebite to Rottweil, Germany, where he fought the Bear, a Romanian Racketeer who sought to exclude the Kingpin from the European crime network.

(Punisher II#67) - In Geneva, Switzerland, Snakebite attempted to kill the Italian and Swiss lieutenants when they had a meeting. The mission was partially foiled by Castle and Sinclair. Chauffard flew Snakebite after their Italian target, but the Punisher shot out it's tail rotor, causing it to crash. Both Snakebite and Chauffard parachuted to safety, but got hung up in a tree.

(Punisher II#68) - Chauffard flew Snakebite and allies to Spain, where they assassinated Paco Cardenas.

(Punisher II#69 + 70 - BTS) - Chauffard was not seen as the Punisher and his allies destroyed the Kingpin's plan, killing Snakebite in the process.

(Punisher War Journal#61 - BTS) - Chauffard was invited to a meeting of enemies of the Punisher by Vito Vaducci. He headed to the meeting, sharing a car with the Architect,  but they were delayed due to traffic. By missing the meeting, he avoided the slaughter which Castle perpetrated on all others present.

(Punisher Annual#7) - Chauffard was with the Architect when they saw Rapido stumble from the wreckage of the building, and they recruited him for his reprised Chunnel plot. Chauffard provided transport for Rapido to assassinate their foreseen opponents, but their enemies faked their deaths and ambushed them at the opening ceremony. Chauffard attempted to flee by car, but was targeted by Morgan Sinclair. He attempted to run her down, but she shot him through the head.

Comments: Created by Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning, and Dougie Braithewaite.

I don't know if Chauffard is his first or last name, or an alias. He's dead, that's the important thing. Cowardly sumbich!

Chauffard's first name was revealed in Marvel Atlas#1.
