This of course does not include the creatures
associated with these pantheons such as the divinites, Satyrs and
Centaurs of the Olympians, Nagas and Rahshasas of the Hindus or
the Faeries and Leprechauns of the Celts.
Many of these races, particularly faeries, demons, dragons and
giants exist in more than one of these realms. The nymphs of
Greek myth are supposed to be more faerie than god. The Faeries
of the Celts may be the same as the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim of
the Asgardians.
The Hyborian Era gods are a very peculiar, unexplored area of the history of gods in the Marvel Universe-and since Marvel no longer has the rights to Conan and the other Hyborian concepts, they will probably remain so. The Hyborian Era gods receive a separate page with a different taxonomy format, due to the fact that few Hyborian groups of gods had formal names for their pantheons, and since nations such as the Persians, Sumerians, Egyptians, and so forth did not exist during the Hyborian Era, referring to, for example, "Persian gods" in the context of the Hyborian Era presents an anachronism. Instead, the Hyborian Era gods will be arranged by the Hyborian nations (e.g. Cimmeria, Stygia, etc.) that worshipped them during that age.
