History:
(Punisher II#224) - While at the Bar With No Name, Steel-Jaw saw the
Punisher enter, wearing a War Machine suit. Steel-Jaw rushed to attack
the Punisher, who put a gun in Steel-Jaw's mouth and blew out the back
of his head.

I'd imagine he's inspired by the Golden Age
villain Iron Jaw, who debuted in Boy Comics#3 (Lev Gleason, April 1942)
and was the arch enemy of Crime-Buster.
